Ո՞վ է իրականում ղեկավարում Կոտայքի մարզը

Վերջին շրջանում նկատելիորեն լարվել են Կոտայքի մարզպետ Ահարոն Սահակյանի եւ ՊՎԾ պետ, Կոտայքի նախկին մարզպետ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի հարաբերությունները: Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը մարզպետ աշխատած ժամանակահատվածում մարզպետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող հիմնարկ ձեռնարկություններում աշխատանքի էր տեղավորել իր բարեկամներին, ընկերներին, հեղափոխության ժամանակ իրենց հետ քայլածներին:
 
Լարվածությունն այնպես է սրվել, որ մարզպետը որոշել է ազատվել Պետրոսյանի կադրերից։ «Կոտայք» ջրօգտագործողների ընկերությունում տնօրենի Ժ/Պ են ընտրել, որին միջամտում էր Ռոմանոսի եղբայրը՝ Ռուբեն Պետրոսյանը, որպեսզի անկացնի իր թեկնածուին, սակայն ընտրության արդյունքնում ձայների առավելությամբ ընտրվել է Կամարիս համայնքի նախկին ղեկավար Գոռ Հակոբյանը:
 
Բացի այդ, ներկայիս մարզպետը մարզպետարանի ենթակայության տակ գտնվող դպրոցների կառավարման խորհուրդներից քիչ-քիչ հեռացնում է Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի մերձավորներին, որոնք գրեթե բոլոր դպրոցների կառավարման խորհուրդներում կային։ Մեր տեղեկություններով՝ մարզպետի այս որոշումը Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանին այնքան է զայրացրել, որ նույնիսկ վիճաբանություններ են տեղի ունեցել։
 
Փոխարենը` Սահակյանը իր կադրերին է առաջ տանում։ Դիցուք` մարզպետը իրեն օգնական է նշանակել համագյուղացի Ստեփան Բաղդասարյանին։ Ընդհանրապես, մարզպետարանում բավական լուրջ կադրային փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունեցել վերջին մեկ տարվա ընթացքում և կարելի է ասել, որ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի յուրայինների մի ստվար հատված արդեն իսկ հեռացվել են զբաղեցրած պաշտոններից:
 
Նախկին մարզպետի հետ էլ Պետրոսյանի հարաբերությունները հարթ չէին։ Նախկին մարզպետը հարաժարականի դիմում է ներկայացրել, քանի որ Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի սրտով չէր այն փաստը, որ նա ցանկացել է փոփոխություններ իրականացնել մարզի դպրոցների խորհուրդների կազմում։ Արթուր Հարությունյանին հեռացնել Պետրոսյանի մոտ. ըստ էության. ստացվեց, ինչը չես ասի գործող մարզպետի մասին, ում դեռ հաջողվում է պահպանել իր ազդեցության լծակները:
 
Ինչպես երևում է, Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանը անգամ ՊՎԾ-ում չի ցանկանում հրաժարվել Կոտայքի մարզի հանդեպ ունեցած իր նկրտումներից և ամեն գնով փորձում է պահպանել իր ազդեցության լծակները մարզում: Ըստ էության, այստեղ գործ ունեք մի իրավիճակի հետ, երբ վերահսկողական գործառույթ իրականացնող կառույցի ղեկավարը քաղաքական շահեր ունի այն կառույցներից մեկում, որի նկատմամբ ինքը վերահսկողական գործառույթներ է իրականացնում, ինչը, իհարկե, նոնսենս է: Հարց է առաջանում՝ իսկ ով է իրականում ղեկավարում այսօր Կոտայքի մարզը: Դե յուրէ մարզպետ հանդիսացող Ահարոն Սահակյանը, ով փորձում է հակազդել Ռոմանոս Պետրոսյանի նկրտումներին, թե հենց նախկին մարզպետը, ով չի ցանկանում զիջել դիրքերը և ամեն գնով ցանկանում է ամրապնդվել մարզում: Ինչպես տեսնում ենք` վերջին շրջանում ավելի ու ավելի հաճախակի են դառնում ՔՊ-ականների միջև լոկալ պատերազմները հանուն իշխանության և ազդեցության լծակների, այս դեպքերում նրանք մոռանում են այդքան գովերգած հեղափոխական սոլիդարության և թիմային ոգու մասին...
