Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեն հապշտապ ավարտել է «ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը և գործն ուղարկել է դատավարական ղեկավարումն իրականացնող դատախազին՝ մեղադրական եզրակացություն հաստատելու և դատարան ուղարկելու միջնորդությամբ։

Որո՞նք են դրդապատճառները, ինչի՞ց են վախենում իշխանությունները, որ փորձում են հնարավորինս երկար ժամանակով Չալաբյանին պահել անազատության մեջ: Այս հարցերի պատասխանները 1or.am-ը փորձել է պարզել քաղտեխնոլոգ Կարեն Քոչարյանի հետ զրույցում.

Ես կարող եմ ենթադրել, որ ինչ-որ մեկը անձնական խնդիրներ ունի, կարող եմ ենթադրել տարբեր բաներ, բայց այդ ամեն ինչը չի մտնում այն տրամաբանության մեջ, որ տեղի է ունենում այժմ Հայաստանում»։
