ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Երևան քաղաքի բնակչուհի Թեհմինե Ենոքյանի՝ ՀՀ դատախազությունից ստացված, ինչպես նաև վերջինիս մոր կողմից տրված հաղորդումներում մատնանշված հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ, տեղեկացնում են Քննչական կոմիտեից:

Մասնավորապես, Երևան քաղաքի բնակչուհի Ենոքյանը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2022թ. հունիսի 29-ին՝ ժամը 00:30-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով իր բնակարանում, լսել է կրակոցի ձայն, իսկ ժամեր անց՝ ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում, նկատել է, որ հյուրասենյակի պատուհաններից մեկի ապակին կոտրված է:

Բացի այդ, 2022թ. հուլիսի 12-ին Ենոքյանը հաղորդում է ներկայացրել այն մասին, որ 2022թ. հուլիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 00:50-ի սահմաններում, հրացանով կրակել են իր՝ Երևան քաղաքի Շոպրոնի 4 շենքի թիվ 26 բնակարանի հյուրասենյակի պատուհանին, որի հետևանքով իրեն պատճառվել է 50.000 ՀՀ դրամի գույքային վնաս:

Վերոնշված հաղորդումների հիման վրա, ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 334-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 335-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, 297-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, նախաձեռնվել են քրեական վարույթներ:

Հավելենք նաև, որ ամիսներ առաջ տրված մեկ այլ հաղորդմամբ Ենոքյանի մայրը տեղեկացրել էր, որ սույն թվականի մարտի 6-ին՝ ժամը 13:00-ից մինչև մարտի 9-ը՝ ժամը 10:20-ն ընկած ժամանկահատվածում, անհայտ անձն այրել է իրենց բնակարանի մուտքի դռան ներքևի հատվածը՝ պատճառելով գույքային վնաս: Այդ դեպքի առթիվ դեռևս 2022թ. մարտի 17-ին, ՀՀ նախկին քրեական օրենսգրքի 185-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ:

Նկատի ունենալով, որ միմյանց հետ փաստական հանգամանքներով կապված քրեական վարույթներով առկա է պատշաճ  և համակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտություն, որոշում է կայացվել՝ նշված քրեական վարույթները միացնելու մասին:

Դեպքերի առթիվ կատարված վարութային և քննչական մեծածավալ գործողությունների, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների կողմից իրականացված միջոցառումների արդյունքում, հանցանք կատարած լինելու անմիջականորեն ծագած հիմնավոր կասկածի առկայության հիմքով, ձերբակալվել է Թ. Ենոքյանի նախկին նշանածը, ով հարցաքննության ընթացքում տվել է  խոստովանական ցուցմունք:
