ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության անդամներ Աննա Գրիգորյանը եւ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը հուլիսի 22-ին հանդիպել են Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի արտաքին հարցերով կոմիտեի նախագահ Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ ԱԺ պաշտոնական կայքէջը, Դեյվիդ Մքալիսթերը հայտնել է, որ ցանկանում են ծանոթանալ խորհրդարանական ընդդիմության տեսակետներին եւ առաջարկներին` կապված ներքաղաքական զարգացումների, ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից վարվող արտաքին քաղաքականության, դրա այլընտրանքների եւ այլ հարցերի հետ:

Խմբակցության անդամ Աննա Գրիգորյանի խոսքով` պատվիրակությունը Հայաստան է այցելել մեր երկրի համար դժվարին ժամանակներում, երբ շատ լուրջ սահմանային խնդիրներ կան Ադրբեջանի հետ, երբ լուծված չէ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը, երբ ադրբեջանական զորքերը ներխուժել են Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածք եւ առայսօր գտնվում են այնտեղ` Սյունիքում եւ Գեղարքունիքում: Աննա Գրիգորյանն ընդգծել է, որ եթե չլուծվի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կարգավիճակի հարցը, հակամարտության ավարտի մասին խոսել չի կարելի: «Կարգավիճակի հարցը պետք է լուծել հետագա բանակցությունների միջոցով»,- շեշտել է նա:

Խմբակցության անդամ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է ԼՂ հակամարտության խնդիրը` անդրադառնալով դրա կարգավորման ուղիներին եւ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի երեք հայտնի սկզբունքներին: «1992 թ. ի վեր բոլոր միջազգային փաստաթղթերում մեկ հստակ ուղերձ է եղել, որը չի փոփոխվել 30 տարի շարունակ, մասնավորապես, ուժի կիրառման անընդունելիությունը: Այսպիսով, Ադրբեջանը խախտել է այս բոլոր կոչերը` 2020 թ. սանձազերծելով պատերազմ եւ փոխելով ստատուս-քվոն: Միջազգային հանրությունը եւ, մասնավորապես, Եվրամիությունը, եթե համաձայնում են այս ստատուս-քվոյին, ապա նշանակում է, որ նրանք թույլ են տալիս Ադրբեջանին անտեսել այն կոչերը, որոնք սեղանին դրված են եղել 30 տարի շարունակ, մասնավորապես, խախտել Հելսինկիի վերջնական եզրափակիչ ակտի սկզբունքները, այսինքն` ուժի կիրառման եւ ուժի կիրառման սպառնալիքի բացառումը` իրավիճակը փոխելու նպատակով»,- ընդգծել է պատգամավորը:

Խմբակցության անդամները նաեւ անդրադարձել են Ադրբեջանի կողմից հայկական մշակութային ժառանգության ոչնչացմանը, էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականությանը ԼՂ-ում: «Պետք է հարգվի ԼՂ բնակչության ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: Ուժեղացրեք անվտանգային իրավիճակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում»,- ընդգծել է Արթուր Խաչատրյանը` դիմելով եվրոպացի գործընկերներին:
