«ԱՐԱՐ» հիմնադրամի համահիմնադիր, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի դատավարությունը այսօր շարունակվելու է Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում։ Թե՛ Չալաբյանը, թե՛ գործով փաստաբանները, իրավապաշտպանները ընդգծում են, թե իշխանությունը չի համակերպվելու Չալաբյանին բաց թողնելու օրենքի պահանջի հետ և շարունակելու է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել նրան կրկին կալանավորելու համար։

Ինքը՝ Չալաբյանը, հայտարարել է, թե Փաշինյանը շարունակելու է բռնաճնշումները թե՛ իր, թե՛ իր ընտանիքի նկատմամբ։

«Պայքարը շարունակվում է և այն պայքար է ազատ ինքնիշխան և հզոր հայրենիք, արդար հասարակարգ, անվտանգ և բարեկեցիկ ապագա ունենալու համար»,- նշել է Չալաբյանը։

Ի դեպ, նախ կենտրոնական բանկն էլ հերքում է, թե Չալաբյանի եղբորը՝ Արա Չալաբյանին, աշխատանքից հեռացրել են Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պահանջով։ Կայքերից մեկի գրավոր հարցմանն ի պատասխան Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Մարտին Գալստյանը պատասխանել է, թե իրենք ապաքաղաքական կառույց են, մինչդեռ Արա Չալաբյանն ինքն է տեղեկացրել, որ իրեն Մարտին Գալստյանն անձամբ է զգուշացրել՝ կա՛մ ինքն է դիմում գրում, կա՛մ ԿԲ նախագահը։

Նշենք, որ նախորդ դատական նիստը ուրբաթ օրն էր, Ավետիք Չալաբյանը հայտնել էր, թե առողջական խնդիրներ ունի, նաև ժամանակ էր խնդրել, գործի նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար։ Տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանը ընդամենը կես աշխատանքային օր էր տրամադրել Ավետիք Չալաբյանին և նրա փաստաբանական խմբին՝ գործին, նյութերին ծանոթանալու համար։ Այս ամենը վկայում է, որ գործող ռեժիմը որևէ կերպ չի հանդարտվում և ամեն ինչ անում է, Ավետիք Չալաբյանի իրավունքները խախտելու, նրան կրկին կալանավայր վերադարձնելու համար։

Թե ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված նման վերաբերմունքը հենց կոնկրետ Ավետիք Չալաբյանի նկատմամբ, բազմիցս նշել ենք, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով, որ Չալաբյանը չի տեղավորվում «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» դիսկուրսի մեջ, նրան հնարավոր չի մեղադրել թալանի և այլ հանցագործությունների մեջ, վստահաբար կարելի է փաստել, որ հենց այդ հանգամանքն է ստիպում Փաշինյանին ավելի շատ վախենալ Ավետիք Չալաբյանից։
