Արտակ Զաքարյանն ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է.

Դավաճանությունը մաքրեց հայ ժողովրդի հերոսական ուղին ու հայոց բանակի մարտական փառքը:
 
Հայաստանի կապիտուլյանտի, Ադրբեջանի նախագահի և ՌԴ նախագահի՝ 2020թ. Նոյեմբերի 9-ի հայտարարության մեջ սևով սպիտակին գրվել և ստորագրվել է հետևյալը.
“ Կողմերի համաձայնությամբ, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի և Հայաստանի միջև կապն ապահովելու համար առաջիկա երեք տարիների ընթացքում պիտի հաստատվի Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով նոր երթուղու կառուցման նախագիծ, որից հետո ռուսական խաղաղապահ զորակազմը կվերատեղակայվի՝ այդ երթուղին պաշտպանելու համար”:
 
Խնդրում եմ, ուշադրություն դարձրեք “…առաջիկա երեք տարիների ընթացքում պիտի հաստատվի Լաչինի միջանցքի երկայնքով նոր երթուղու կառուցման նախագիծ” նախադասությանը:
 
Դեռևս չի անցել երկու տարի, ադրբեջանցիներն արդեն ստիպում են կապիտուլյանտներին Արցախի հետ կապն ապահովել կիսատ-պռատ կառուցված ճանապարհով: Ու՞մ էր պետք այս շտապողականությունը, երբ գրված է, որ երեք տարում ընդամենը ճանապարհի նախագիծը պետք է համաձայնեցնեին: Կրկնում եմ, երեք տարում ոչ թե "ճանապարհը կառուցվի", այլ ընդամենը "նախագիծը" համաձայնեցվի:
Ե՞րբ և ո՞ւմ կողմից է համաձայնեցվել նախագիծը: Ինչո՞ւ են կապիտուլյանտերը շտապում հապճեպ հանձնել նաև Բերձորը, Աղավնո և Սուս գյուղերը: Ի՞նչ բանավոր համաձայնություններ է ունեցել կապիտուլյանտն ադրբեջանցիների հետ, որ այսօր վերջիններս ճշում են բանեցնում տարածքներն ազատելու համար: Ի՞նչ երաշխիքներ կան, որ Բերձորով դեպի Արցախ գնացող էլեկտրասնուցման, ինտերնետային կապի և գազամատակարարման խնդիրերը վաղը չեն խափանվելու և Արցախը ստիպված չի լինելու լրացուցիչ կախվածության մեջ ընկնել Ադրբեջանից:
 
Դատելով տեղի ունեցող փաստերից, նորից հանգում ենք այն եզրակացության, որ կապիտուլյանտները նույնիսկ այդ խայտառակ փաստաթղթի ընձեռած փոքրիկ հնարավորությունները չեն կիրառել և ամեն ինչ արել են ի նպաստ և ի շահ թշնամի պետության:
 
Հասկանալի է, որ Ադրբեջանը շտապում է օգտվել աշխարհաքաղաքական իրողություներից: Դա իր շահերից է բխում. ստանալ առավելը և որքան հնարավոր է՝ շուտ: Կապիտուլյանտը կատարում է թուրքերի բոլոր ցանկությունները: Նրանք վստահ չեն, որ կպահեն իշխանությունը, որովհետև նոր իշխանությունները իրավունք ունեին և կարող էին կանգնեցնել այդ դավաճանական գործընթացը, ժամանակ շահելով ու փոխելով քաղաքական զարգացումների ընթացքը` ի շահ հայ ժողովրդի:
Սրանց իշխանության տարիները` սև խոռոչ մնացին մեր ժողովրդի նորագույն պատմության մեջ: Դավաճանությունը մաքրեց հայ ժողովրդի հերոսական ուղին ու հայոց բանակի մարտական փառքը:
