«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Գործարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի հայտարարությունը՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիությունից հրաժարվելու և Արցախ տեղափոխվելու մասին, յուրատեսակ աշխարհաքաղաքական «նրբերանգներ» է ստացել՝ գոնե հրապարակային քննարկումների տիրույթում: Բանն այն է, որ նրան ուղղված «սվինները» հիմնականում Հայաստանի այն ուժերի ու անհատների կողմից էին, որոնք առավել հայտնի են որպես արևմտամոլներ ու հակառուսական տրամադրություններ գեներացնողներ, և որոնք հիմնականում ֆինանսավորվում են Արևմուտքից: Սրան զուգահեռ՝ Վարդանյանի այս որոշումը բավական մեծ արձագանք է գտել ռուսաստանյան լրատվամիջոցներում, որտեղ գրեթե ամենօրյա «ռեժիմով» քննարկվում է այս հարցը:

Մասնավորաբար, եթե ընդհանրացնենք ռուսաստանյան փորձագետների ու ԶԼՄ-ների գնահատականները, ապա հիմնական կարծիքն այն է, որ Վարդանյանը կարող է դառնալ Հայաստանի քաղաքականության կարևոր դեմք, նրա այս քայլը կարող է լինել Փաշինյանին հակադրվելու փորձ, որը Ղարաբաղը չի տեսնում որպես իր քաղաքական ռազմավարության կարևոր մաս, նա կարող է պայքարել երկրի գլխավոր պաշտոնի համար և այլն: Միևնույն ժամանակ ռուսաստանցի փորձագետները նշում են նաև նրա «խնդիրների» մասին, ի մասնավորի շեշտադրելով, որ Վարդանյանը չունի քաղաքական գործունեության փորձ, որպես լայն հայացքների տեր մարդ, կարող է նախընտրելի լինել Հայաստանի բնակչության ինչ-որ մասի համար, բայց դա կբարդացնի շփումը բնակչության որոշ շերտերի, օրինակ՝ թերի կրթվածների և նվազ ապահովվածների հետ։

Առանձին քաղաքագետներ էլ կարծում են, որ շատ բան կախված կլինի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում իրավիճակի կարգավորման փորձի հաջողությունից և ընտրություններին մասնակցելու համար քաղաքական ենթակառուցվածք ստեղծելու գործարարի կարողությունից:
