Ցանկացած պետության ազգային, պետական շահն, ինձ համար, միշտ ավարտվում է այնտեղ, որտեղ սկսվում է մեր Սուրբ Հայաստանի ազգային, պետական շահը. և՛ Հայաստանի իշխանության, և՛ Հայաստանի քաղաքական ընդդիմության հավատամքն այսուհետ միշտ պետք է լինի պետական մտածողությունը, ասել է թե՝ Հայոց պետության պահպանմանն ու հզորացմանն ուղղված բացառիկ պատասխանատվությունը: Ուստի, աշխարհաքաղաքական սրընթաց փոփոխությունների այս ժամանակահատվածում, Հայաստանի իշխանության և Հայաստանի քաղաքական ընդդիմության միջև Կարմիր գիծ չպետք է լինի. այսօր ողջ Հայ ազգի համար Կարմիր գիծը Հայաստանի և Արցախի առաջնագիծն է՝ սահմանը: Ավելին, ողջ Հայ ազգի համար Կարմիր գիծը Հայաստանի անկախությունն ու Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն են, և, այն պետություններին, որոնք կանցնեն այդ Կարմիր գիծը, պետք է պատրաստ լինենք գլխատելու, և վե՛րջ:
 
Հայաստանի իշխանությո՛ւն և Հայաստանի քաղաքական ընդդիմությո՛ւն, սպանե՛ք ձեր մեջ անձնապաշտությունը, նախանձը, պոպուլիզմը. համախմբվե՛նք Եռագույնի շուրջ և փրկե՛նք, պաշտպանե՛նք ու հզորացնե՛նք մեր Սուրբ Հայաստանն ու մեր Սուրբ Արցախը:
