Պետեկամուտների կոմիտեն հրապարակել է այս տարվա հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսների ընթացքում առաջին 1000 հարկ վճարողների կողմից վճարված հարկերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը։ Ըստ այդմ՝ 9 ամիսների ընթացքում պետական բյուջե ընդհանուր առմամբ վճարվել է 1 տրիլիոն 82 միլիարդ դրամ։

Առաջատարը՝ եռանիշ թվով «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատն» է, որը գլխավորում է խոշոր հարկատուների ցուցակը 2022 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին վճարած 129,2 միլիարդ դրամի հարկերով, ընդ որում միայն «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» վճարել է գրեթե բոլոր 1000 հարկատուների վճարած հարկերի 8 տոկոսը միայնակ։ Նախորդ տարվա նույն ամիսների համեմատ ԶՊՄԿ-ի վճարած հարկերը համարյա եռապատկվել են ՝ աճելով մոտ 87 միլիարդ դրամով։

Այս տարվա առաջին եռամսյակում ևս ընկերությունը համեմատության մեջ ահռելի գումար էր վճարել 35,4 միլիարդ, իսկ առաջին կիսամյակի տվյալներով այդ թիվը հասել էր 104 միլիարդ դրամի։

Վճարած հարկերի այս թռիչքաձև աճը ոչ միայն միջազգային շուկաներում պղնձի գներով է պայմանավորված, այլ նաև ընկերությունում իրականացված բարեփոխումներով, կառավարման համակարգի փոփոխություններով, ինչպես նաև ավելի լուրջ վերահսկողական գործառույթներով է պայմանավորված։

«Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» Հայաստանի հարստությունն է և տասնամյակներ շարունակ չափազանց սակավ հարկեր է վճարել, եթե համեմատում ենք 2022 թվականի 9 ամիսների վճարած հարկերի թիվը, ապա կարելի է ասել, որ «Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը» լրջագույն առաջընթաց է գրանցել, ընդ որում ընկերությունում վստահ են, որ առաջիկայում վճարված հարկերի թիվը ավելանալու է։

Երկրորդ տեղում գտնվող «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան» վճարել է ընդամենը 41,8 միլիարդ դրամի հարկեր, որոնք աճել են 9, 2 տոկոսով, երրորդ տեղում ծխախոտի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող «Գրանդ Տոբակոն» է, որի աճը 31,1 տոկոս է կազմել։

Եվ ըստ էության, ԶՊՄԿ-ի վճարած հարկերի եռակի աճը ոչ միայն դրական ազդեցություն է ունենում ընդհանրապես Հայաստանի տնտեսական վիճակի վրա, այլ նաև կառավարությանը հնարավորություն է տալիս լուրջ միջոցներ ուղղել ինչպես պետական բյուջեի սոցիալական կարիքներին, այնպես էլ զենքի և սպառազինության գնմանը։
