Արևային էներգիան կախված է Չինաստանից

Եվրոպական խոշոր ընկերություններն ու պետությունները ցանկանում են ավելացնել արևային վահանակների թիվը իրենց երկրներում, որպեսզի ազատվեն էներգետիկ և քաղաքական կախվածությունից, Ռուսաստանի նավթից և գազից, փոխարենը, սակայն, նման պայմաններերում նոր կախվածության հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում։ Գերմանիան ցանկանում է հեղաշրջում իրականացնել իր էներգետիկայի մեջ մշտապես վերականգնվող արևային և քամու էներգիան պետք է դառնա նորմա, սակայն դետալների մեծ մասը, որ անհրաժեշտ են արևային էլեկտրակայանների համար, մատակարարվում են Չինաստանից։ «-Նման կախվածությունը կարող է վտանգավոր դառնալ»,- արձանագրում են գերմանական էներգետիկներն ու վերլուծաբանները։

Գերմանիայի էներգետիկ գործակալությունից նշել են, թե իրենք 100 տոկոսով են այսօր կախված Չինաստանից և առաքումների ձգձգումների պատճառով արևային կայանների շինարարությունը ավելի ու ավելի հաճախ է փակուղի մտնում։ Ըստ էության Չինաստանն ինքն էլ օգտագործում է իր հնարավորությունները եվրոպական ընկերությունների և պետությունների վրա՝ իր գերակայությունն ավելի ամրապնդելու համար։ Միակ արևմտյան երկիրը , որը զգալի քայլեր է ձեռնարկել իր էներգետիկ կախվածությունը Չինաստանից կրճատելու և ընդհանրապես վերացնելու ուղղությամբ՝ Միացյալ Նահանգներն են, որտեղ կոնգրեսը և նախագահը հատուկ օրենքներ են ընդունել արևային էներգիայի բաղադրիչները բացառապես իրենց երկրի տարածքում կամ դաշնակիցների ձեռնարկություններում արտադրելու համար։

Մինչև Ուկրաինական պատերազմը, եթե արևային վահանակների համար անհրաժեշտ դետալների մեծ մասը մատակարարվում էր Չինաստանից, ԱՄՆ –ն այսօր բացարձակապես զրոյի է հավասարացրել չինական մատակարարումները։ Գնում են թեև փոքր-ինչ թանկ, սակայն սեփական ձեռնարկություններում, կամ Թայվանում արտադրված դետալները։ Եվրոպական ընկերությունները հասկանում են, որ ինչ-որ պահի ռուսական նավթից կախվածության մեջ լինելու փոխարեն, հայտնվելու են Չինաստանից կախվածության մեջ, ուստի այժմ ջանքեր են գործադրում կա՛մ իրենց մոտ արտադրությունները կազմակերպելու, կա՛մ էլ՝ այլ դաշնակիցներ փնտրելու, որտեղ աշխատուժը և տեխնիկական հնարավորությունները պարզապես չեն զիջի Չինաստանին։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն այս առումով բավականին շահեկան դիրքերում է, մեր երկիրը կարող է համագործակցել ցանկացած զարգացած բարձր տեխնոլոգիական երկրի հետ . Միացյալ Նահանգների, Եվրոպայի, Ռուսաստանի, Չինաստանի հետ և մեծ քանակությամբ արևային վահանակների համար անհրաժեշտ դետալներ և այլ տեխնիկա ներկրել Հայաստան, ինչը թերևս չի արվում։ Հայաստանում գոյություն ունի արևային վահանակներ արտադրող ընդամենը մեկ ընկերություն՝ «Սոլարոնը», մինչդեռ մենք բոլոր հնարավորություններն ունեինք շատ ավելի վաղուց Հայաստանում ամբողջ էներգիան արևային վահանակների վրա փոխանցելու ուղղությամբ։
