«Համախմբում» շարժման անդամ, հասարակական-քաղաքական գործիչ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ Ֆրանսիայի Խորհրդարանի վերին պալատը՝ Սենատը, կարևոր հայանպաստ բանաձև է ընդունել, դատապարտելով ադրբեջանական ագրեսիան Հայաստանի նկատմամբ, վերահաստատելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի անկախությսն ճանաչումը, և կոչ անելով սեփական երկրի կառավարությանը՝ գործուն միջոցներ կիրառել՝ հակազդելու ադրբեջանական ագրեսիային, և ապահովելու Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգությունը:
 
Ողջունելով այս բանաձևը, ես ցանկանում եմ շնորհակալություն հայտնել այն նախաձեռնած և ընդունած պատգամավորներին, ինչպես նաև բոլոր այն ֆրանսահայ կազմակերպություններին, որոնք իրենց անդուլ աշխատանքով, հնարավոր են դարձրել այս արդյունքը՝ սա համազգային մոբիլիզացիայի հրաշալի օրինակ է, և Հայաստանին ու Արցախին աջակցելու կարևոր քայլ:
 
Դրանով հանդերձ, պետք է նշել, որ սա դեռևս խորհրդանշական քայլ է՝ Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի բանաձևերը ընդամենը խորհրդատվական նշանակություն ունեն, և պարտադիր չեն կառավարության համար: Այսօր շատ կարևոր է, որ բանաձևում տեղ գտած մի շարք կարևոր գաղափարներ՝ Ադրբեջանի և նրա ղեկավարների նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցներ, Հայաստանին սպառազինության մատակարարումներ, Արցախի անկախության ճանաչում և այնտեղ Ֆրանսիական ներկայացուցչության բացում, իրապես որդեգրվեն Ֆրանսիական կառավարության կողմից, և սկսեն կյանքի կոչվել:
 
Որպեսզի սա իրականություն դառնա, ոչ միայն անհրաժեշտ է շարունակել հանրային ճնշումը Ֆրանսիայում, այլև բացարձակ առանցքային է, որպեսզի նմանատիպ դիրքորոշում որդեգրի նաև Հայաստանի կառավարությունը, և «ամեն գնով» մինչև տարվա վերջ ագրեսորի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու փոխարեն, պահանջի Ֆրանսիայից և այլ եվրոպական գործընկերներից՝ ուժեղացնել ճնշումը Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ, մասնավորապես, պատժամիջոցներ կիրառելով հայության դեմ ռազմական հանցագործությունների և էթնիկ զտումների քաղաքականության համար: Ադրբեջանի այս քաղաքականությունն արդեն ակնառու է դարձել, կոպտագույն կերպով հակասում է եվրոպական արժեքներին և Հելսինկիի եզրափակիչ ակտի հիմնարար սկզբունքներին, և պետք է հետևողական դատապարտման առարկա դառնա Եվրոպական բոլոր երկրներում, ոչ թե փաստացի խրախուսվի Հայաստանի իշխանությունների հարմարվողական և անատամ գործողություններով:
 
Մինչ այդ, ևս մեկ անգամ շնորհակալություն եմ հայտնում Ֆրանսիայի Սենատի մեր գործընկերներին, և հույս հայտնում, որ Ֆրանսիական պետությունը չի սահմանափակվի սոսկ հայտարարություններով, այլ իրական գործողություններով առաջիկայում ուժ կտա սեփական խոսքին:
