«Էկրաններն առաջացնում են գլխացավ, աչքերի լարվածություն և նույնիսկ կուրություն»,- նշում են հետազոտողները։ «Մարդիկ կարող են զարգացնել ավելի մեծ ներքին կոպեր՝ ավելորդ լույսի ազդեցությունից խուսափելու համար, կամ աչքի ոսպնյակը կարող է զարգանալ՝ արգելափակելու համար մուտքային կապույտ լույսը (էկրանների կապույտ լույսը)։
