«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի 2022 թվականին նոյեմբերի 28-ին կայացրած որոշմամբ՝ կուսակցությունը դադարեցնում է գործունեությունը ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում։
 
Կուսակցության անդամ չորս պատգամավորներից երեքը՝ կուսակցության նախագահ Վահե Հակոբյանը, փոխնախագահներ Հռիփսիմե Ստամբուլյանն ու Ելենա Կիրակոսյանը, օրենքով սահմանված կարգով դիմում են ներկայացրել` իրենց մանդատներից հրաժարվելու վերաբերյալ:
 
«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամ Զեմֆիրա Միրզոևան, ով ՀՀ 8-րդ գումարման Ազգային ժողովում ներկայացնում է Հայաստանի ասորական համայնքն ու խորհրդարան է անցել ՀՀ ԱԺ արտահերթ ընտրությունների «Հայաստան» դաշինքի համապետական ցուցակի երկրորդ մասով ազգային փոքրամասնությունների համար նախատեսված քվոտայով, կշարունակի պատգավորական գործունեությունը՝ սեփական դիմումի համաձայն ժամանակավորապես սառեցնելով կուսակցությանն իր անդամությունը։ Կուսակցության խորհրդի նման որոշումն արդյունք է առաջին հերթին ՀՀ ազգային փոքրամասնությունների նկատմամբ հարգանքի և նպատակ ունի որևէ կերպ չխոչընդոտել ազգային փոքրամասնությունների խնդիրների բարձրաձայնման ու լուծման ուղղությամբ հետևողականությունը, որը Զեմֆիրա Միրզոևայի գործունեության կարևոր մաս է։
 
«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի որոշման համաձայն՝ կուսակցության այն անդամները, որոնք ներկայացված են դաշինքի նախընտրական ցուցակում, պատգամավորական մանդատի ստացման հերթը հասնելու պարագայում ազատ են որոշում կայացնելու՝ վերցնել մանդատը, թե ոչ։ Մանդատ վերցնելու որոշում կայացնելու դեպքում տվյալ անձինք պետք է լքեն կուսակցության շարքերը։
«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցության խորհրդի որոշումը երկար քննարկումների ու խորհրդի անդամների կոնսենսուսի արդյունք է։ Մենք բազմիցս հայտարարել ենք, որ խորհրդարանական գործունեությունն ու պատգամավորական մանդատները մեզ համար ինքնանպատակ չեն։ Կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներն արել են առավելագույնը՝ ԱԺ-ում և ԱԺ-ից դուրս առկա խնդիրները բարձրաձայնելու, իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման ճանապարհներ փնտրելու ուղղությամբ։ Եվ, այնուամենայնիվ, այսօր մենք շարունակում ենք մնալ այն կարծիքին, որ բոլոր այն հիմքերը, որոնք ստիպում էին բոյկոտել ԱԺ նիստերն ամիսներ առաջ, շարունակում են արդիական մնալ նաև այսօր։
Կուսակցության խորհրդի որոշումը նաև մեր հանրության տարբեր շերտերի հետ շփումների և քննարկումների արդյունք է, և առավել քան վստահ ենք, որ մեր հայրենակիցների, պայքարի մեր ընկերների համար սա ընդունելի ու հասկանալի քայլ է։
«Վերածնվող Հայաստան» կուսակցությունը շարունակելու է իր գործունեությունը ընդդիմադիր դաշտում՝ կուսակցության հռչակած արժեքների ու քաղաքականության շրջանակներում։
 
Միաժամանակ շնորհակալություն ենք հայտնում ՀՀ ԱԺ «Հայաստան» խմբակցության մեր գործընկերներին՝ անցած ճանապարհի ու համատեղ աշխատանքի համար՝ մաղթելով հաջողություն իրենց գործունեության ու պայքարի մեջ։
Վստահ ենք՝ ընդդիմադիր դաշտի մեր գործընկերների հետ փոխգործակցությունը շարունակական կլինի նաև ապագայում՝ հիմնված ընդհանուր գաղափարների ու միասնական նպատակների վրա։
