Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանն այսօր աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Ասկերանի շրջանի վարչակազմում, ծանոթացել առկա հրատապ խնդիրներին: 

Արցախի պետնախարարի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, որ վարչակազմի ղեկավար Համլետ Ապրեսյանն առաջնային է համարել անվտանգության խնդիրը՝ նշելով, որ դա լուրջ վնաս է հասցնում  գյուղատնտեսությանը և մարդկանց զրկում ապրուստից, քանի որ մշակելի հողատարածքների և արոտավայրերի զգալի մասը գտնվում է հակառակորդի ուղիղ նշանառության տակ: Խորհրդակցությանը բարձրացվել է նաև համայնքներ-վարչակազմ- նախարարություններ օպերատիվ կապի և արդյունավետ համագործակցության հարցը:

Ընդգծելով աշխատանքի արդյունավետ կազմակերպման կարևորությունը՝ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը  նշել է, որ միայն կարգապահ ու կազմակերպված աշխատանքով է հնարավոր դիմակայել նոր մարտահրավերներին: Այս իսկ պատճառով  վարչակազմի ղեկավարների հետ ամենօրյա ռեժիմով խորհրդակցությունների մեխանիզմ է  ներդրվել, ինչը հնարավորություն է տալիս անձամբ նրանցից լսել իրավիճակի ու  հրատապ խնդիրների մասին:

Այցի ընթացքում պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը  հանդիպում է ունեցել նաև Ասկերանի շրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարների, շրջանի հիմնարկ-ձեռնարկությունների ղեկավարների հետ, լսել  նրանց կողմից բարձրացված խնդիրները, որոնք հիմնականում վերաբերել են անվտանգությանը, քաղաքացիական պաշտպանությանը,  բնակարանային ապահովման խնդիրներին, դպրոցների, ճանապարհների վերանորոգմանը և այլն:

Անդրադառնալով անվտանգության խնդրին՝ պետնախարարը նշել է.  «Խաղաղության հաստատման հնարավորությունը միայն մեր ուժի և համախմբվածության մեջ է: Ոչ մի պայմանագիր չի կարող  լուծել այդ հարցը, քանի որ ունենք հարևան պետություն, որը չի ուզում, որ մենք այստեղ ապրենք: Մենք պետք է դառնանք ուժեղ, համախմբված, որպեսզի իրենք չկարողանան հարցը լուծել մեզ համար անընդունելի եղանակով: Մենք պետք է շարունակենք մեր պայքարը բոլոր ուղղություններով՝ դիվանագիտական, ռազմական, քաղաքական, տեղեկատվական: Մենք պետք է զգոն լինենք»:

Խոսելով Ստեփանակերտ- Գորիս ճանապարհի փակման միջադեպի մասին՝ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը նշել է, որ նման սադրանքների պետք է պատրաստ լինենք:

«Իրավիճակն այսպիսին է:  Դրա դեմ  պետք է պայքարենք բոլոր միջոցներով: Այս իրականությունը մեզնից բոլորովին այլ մոտեցումներ է պահանջում՝ թե՛ խնդիրների ախտորոշման, թե՛ որոշումների կայացման, թե՛ ընդհանուր գործելաոճի հարցում: Մենք շատ լուրջ վտանգներ և մարտահրավերներ ունենք, բայց ես վստահ եմ, որ մենք դրանք հաղթահարելու ենք: Մեր պայքարը շարունակվում է մեր հողի վրա ապրելու իրավունքի, մեր երեխաների ապագայի համար: Եվ սա ողջ հայության պայքարն է»:
