Մինչ Արցախի Հանրապետությունը տևական ժամանակ շրջափակման ու խորացող ճգնաժամի մեջ է, որոշ շրջանակներ, որոնք, ըստ մեր ունեցած տեղեկությունների, կառավարվում են ԱՀ նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանի կողմից՝ Հայաստանի իշխանությունների աջակցությամբ, ներքաղաքական «բազարներ» են սկսել: Խոսքը, այսպես կոչված, «սորոսական» թևի մասին է:

Ի մասնավորի, Արցախի նախկին ՄԻՊ, նախկին պետնախարար Արտակ Բեգլարյանը, ներկա ՄԻՊ Գեղամ Ստեփանյանը, տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախկին նախարար Հայկ Խանումյանը, առողջապահության նախկին նախարար Միքայել Հայրիյանը, ԱԳ նախկին նախարար, ԱՀ նախագահի հատուկ հանձնարարություններով դեսպան Մասիս Մայիլյանը, գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը յուրատեսակ «կոալիցիա» են կազմել ընդդեմ պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի: Ավելին, Հայկ Խանումյանն ու Միքայել Հայրիյանը դա չեն էլ թաքցնում ու այս օրերին կոշտ գրառումներ են անում սոցցանցերում:

Ի դեպ, «Փաստ» թերթի Արցախի աղբյուրը հայտնում է, որ չնայած Արցախում արտահերթ ընտրությունների թեման, կարծես թե, ամենաբարձր մակարդակով փակվեց, այդուամենայնիվ, նշյալ անձինք ինտենսիվ պատրաստվում են ընտրություններին՝ նպատակ ունենալով դրանց մասնակցել մեկ միասնական թիմով: Մեր տեղեկություններով, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահի նրանց թեկնածուն գլխավոր դատախազ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանն է: Շատ հետաքրքիր է հատկապես վերջինիս ու Հայկ Խանումյանի «բարեկամությունը»:

Բանն այն է, որ ընդամենը 6-7 ամիս առաջ Գուրգեն Ներսիսյանը Խանումյանի նկատմամբ քրեական գործ է հարուցել մասնավորաբար պաշտոնական անփութության և շուրջ 70 միլիոն դրամի վնաս պատճառելու մեղադրանքով, իսկ հիմա հանդես են գալիս մի թիմով:
