Wyndham Tsaghkadzor-ը գերժամանակակից և դասական ճարտարապետական տարրերի կիրառմամբ շքեղագույն կառույց է լինելու։ Կառուցվող հյուրանոցային համալիրն ունենալու է 151 ապարտամենտներ, բարձրակարգ ռեստորաններ, կոնֆերանս դահլիճներ, լաունջ-բար, սպա կենտրոն, ֆիթնես սրահ, փակ լողավազան, շոգեբաղնիք, մեծահասակների և երեխաների համար նախատեսված խաղասրահներ, բացօթյա սրճարան, բացօթյա կինոսրահ, ամենագնացների և ձնագնացների կայանատեղի, դահուկների պահոց-չորանոց, լանդշաֆտային այգի, ինչպես նաև էկզոտիկ բուսականությամբ և ծառատեսակներով հարուստ ձմեռային այգի... 

Ներդրման ծավալները կազմելու են շուրջ 30 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք ՀՀ դրամի չափով։
