«Ապրելու Երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Մալաթիա տոնավաճառն ու Ոսկու շուկան ընդամենը երկուսն են այն հարյուրավոր կառույցներից, որոնք արդեն շատ երկար տարիներ շահագործվում են հրդեհային և, առհասարակ, անվտանգության կանոնների ու նորմատիվ պահանջների բազմաթիվ խախտումներով ու թերություններով։
 
Ամեն անգամ որևէ նոր խախտում հայտնաբերելիս հնչում են հերթական հուզական տեքստերն ու անբովանդակ կոչերը, իսկ հանցավոր անտարբերությունը շարունակվում է։
 
Ակնհայտ է, որ անվտանգային խնդիրներով ոչ մի օբյեկտ չպետք է շարունակի իր գործունեությունը՝ ստորադասելով մարդկային կյանքերն ու ճակատագրերը։ Կառավարության կողմից սահմանված պայմանները պետք է էլ ավելի խիստ լինեն, վերահսկուղությունը՝ կանոնավոր։
 
Բայց այսօր ականատես ենք մի իրավիճակի, երբ որոշ խոշոր բիզնեսմենների կողմից օրենքների կոպիտ խախտման պատճառով տուժում են հազարավոր մարդիկ, ովքեր այսօրվա ծանր պայմաններում իրենց ընտանիքների ու երեխաների ապրուստի միջոցն են վաստակում։
 
Մինչդեռ փոքր բիզնեսն այսպիսի խնդիրների առջև չպետք է կանգնի, որովհետև վերջինս չունի համապատասխան լծակներ և իրավասություններ տոնավաճառների ու նմանատիպ կառույցների սեփականատերերի նկատմամբ։ Տնտեսավարողներն իրենք են պարտավոր ստեղծել անհրաժեշտ պայմանները, անվատնգության կանոններին խստագույնս հետևելը հենց նրանց պարտականությունն է։
 
Փոքր բիզնեսի պարտավորությունն իր անխափան գործունեությունն իրականացնելն ու կանոնավոր հարկեր վճարելն է։ Ուստի պետությունն այստեղ բավականին անելիքներ ունի։
 
Անհրաժեշտ է սահմանել օրենսդրական այնպիսի կարգավորումներ, որոնցով հստակ կամրագրվի, որ եթե տվյալ բիզնեսի գործունեությունը դադարեցվում է ոչ իր անմիջական խախտման և կանոններին չհետևելու պատճառով, ապա տոնավաճառների և նմանատիպ կառույցների սեփականատերերը պետք է առնվազն փոխհատուցեն այն վնասները, որոնք կրում են փոքր բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչները։
 
Երևանը պետք է դառնա քաղաք, որտեղ գործում է օրենք, կարգ ու կանոն, և որտեղ մարդկանց կյանքերը բախտի քմահաճույքին մատնված չեն։ Մենք պետք է ունենանք ԱՊՐԵԼՈՒ ՔԱՂԱՔ։
