Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Անցած շաբաթ Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման հրամայականի հարցով անցկացված մեր համաժողովը, ի թիվս այլոց, հստակ արձանագրել էր, որ կեղծ են գործող իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների այն պնդումները, որ միջազգային հանրությունը Արցախը տեսնում է միայն Ադրբեջանի կազմում, և ՀՀ իշխանություններին մղում է հրաժարվել միջազգային հարթակներում Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի պաշտպանությունից:
 
Չանցավ մեր համաժողովի հայտարարության հրապարակումից ընդամենը երկու օր, երբ Գերմանիայի ֆեդերալ կանցլեր (վարչապետ) Օլաֆ Շոլցը հայտարարեց տառացիորեն հետևյալը՝ «Ստատուս քվոն չի կարող շարունակվել, և պետք է երկարաժամկետ լուծման հանգել՝ ի բարօրություն մարդկանց: Այս տեսանկյունից անհրաժեշտ է հասնել խաղաղ հանգուցալուծման, Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականության, ինչպես նաև ԼՂ-ի քաղաքացիների ինքնորոշման իրավունքի տեսանկյունից: Ընդ որում, այս բոլոր սկզբունքները հավասարազոր են»:
 
Սա Մադրիդյան սկզբունքների վերահաստատումն է, որը Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը դնում է նույն բարձրության վրա, ինչպիսին Ադրբեջանի տարածքային ամբողջականությունն է, և ընդունում է, որ Արցախը պետք է հնարավորություն ունենա ինքնուրույն որոշել իր հետագա ճակատագիրը: Սա նաև ցույց է տալիս, որ քաղաքակիրթ երկրները որևէ կերպ մեզ չեն պարտադրում Արցախը թողնել Ադրբեջանի կազմում, և մենք ունենք հզոր կռվաններ՝ Արցախի ազատության և միավորված Հայաստանի պետականության համար մեր պայքարը շարունակելու համար:
 
Իրականում, այս պայքարում թե հաղթանակը, թե պարտությունը մեր ներսում է, և եթե մենք հաղթենք մեր ներսում թուլամորթ, ագահ, ծույլ ու սուտասան տեսակին, միջազգային հանրությունը հենց մեր թիկունքին կկանգնի: Ուստի մեր պայքարը շարունակվում է նոր թափով, մինչ այդ շնորհակալ եմ կանցլեր Շոլցին՝ արդարամիտ դիրքորոշման և հստակ ուղերձի համար:
