«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության՝ նախորդ շաբաթվա ավարտին տեղի ունեցած նիստի ժամանակ, որին մասնակցել է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, օրակարգում է եղել նաեւ արդարադատության նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանի հարցը:

«Իրատեսի» տեղեկություններով՝ իմքայլականներին խստագույնս անհանգստացնում է այն հանգամանքը, որ դատաիրավական ոլորտում իշխանությունը մեկը մյուսից հետեւից ձախողումներ է գրանցում: «Ձախողում ասվածը, իհարկե, իշխանության դիտանկյունով է ձախողում: «Իմ քայլի» ներկայացուցիչները որեւէ կերպ «մարսել» չեն կարողանում ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանքի ձեւի փոփոխությունը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին չկալանավորելու հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաեւ ՍԴ-ի մասով Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովից ոչ միանշանակ, ինչ-որ տեղ անգամ քննադատող եզրակացությունը:

Եվրոպացիներին հունից հանել է նաեւ այն հանգամանքը, որ ՀՀ իշխանությունները, չսպասելով հանձնաժողովի եզրակացությանը, շրջանառության մեջ են դրել ՍԴ-ի մասին նախագիծը»,- ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Արշալույսները խաղաղ չեն նաեւ ԱԺ պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովի ներկայացուցիչների համար: Իշխանության վերնախավը մեղադրական հարցապնդումներ է հղում պատգամավորներին, թե ինչպես է ստացվում, որ օրենսդրական գրեթե ոչ մի նախաձեռնություն առանց քննադատության, սահուն չի անցնում»:
