«Համախմբում» շարժման խորհուրդը հայտարարություն է տարածել Արցախի Հանրապետության ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունների միացյալ հայտարարության վերաբերյալ․

«Մարտի 13-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի հինգ խմբակցությունները միասնական հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկան՝ դատապարտելով թշնամական Ադրբեջանի ցեղասպան գործողությունները, համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ ղարաբաղյան հակամարտությունը՝ որպես միջազգային օրակարգի հարց, պետք է լուծվի բանակցությունների միջոցով համապատասխան միջազգային կառույցների միջնորդությամբ ու երաշխիքներով, Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահ երկրների ներգրավմամբ։

Հաշվի առնելով Ադրբեջանի ռազմաքաղաքական ղեկավարության շարունակական հակահայ քարոզչությունը, գործելաոճը և Արցախի ժողովրդի դեմ կիրառվող հումանիտար ճնշումներն ու ցեղասպան քայլերի հետևողականությունը՝ «Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի խմբակցությունները, արտահայտելով ժողովրդի կամքն ու դիրքորոշումը, պահանջում են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության իշխանություններից հավատարիմ մնալ ՀՀ Գերագույն խորհրդի 1992թ. հուլիսի 8-ի որոշմանը և կասկածի տակ չդնել Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը: Արցախի խորհրդարանի բոլոր խմբակցությունները վերահաստատում են իրենց հավատարմությունը մեր ժողովրդի կամքն արտահայտող հիմնարար փաստաթղթերին և շարունակելու են առաջնորդվել դրանցից բխող գաղափարներով և սկզբունքներով»։

«Համախմբում» շարժումը հայտնում է աջակցություն Արցախի ժողովրդին և նրա օրինական ընտրված ներկայացուցիչներին, միանում է Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի հինգ խմբակցությունների սույն պահանջին և հաստատում․ ԱՐՑԱԽԻ ԻՆՔՆՈՐՈՇՄԱՆ ԵՎ ԵՐԿՈՒ ՀԱՅԿԱԿԱՆ ՊԵՏՈՒԹՅՈՒՆՆԵՐԻ ՎԵՐՋՆԱԿԱՆ ՄԻԱՎՈՐՄԱՆԸ ՀԱՍՆԵԼՈՒ ՆՊԱՏԱԿՆ ԱՄՐԱԳՐՎԱԾ Է ՀԱՅԱՍՏԱՆԻ ՀԱՆՐԱՊԵՏՈՒԹՅԱՆ ԱՆԿԱԽՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՀՌՉԱԿԱԳՐՈՒՄ ԵՎ ՀԱՆԴԻՍԱՆՈՒՄ Է ՀՀ ՑԱՆԿԱՑԱԾ ԻՇԽԱՆՈՒԹՅԱՆ ՍԱՀՄԱՆԱԴՐԱԿԱՆ ՊԱՐՏԱՎՈՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆԸ: Սույն պարտավորությունից հրաժարվելը հավասարազոր է ՀՀ Սահմանադրության չեղարկմանը և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության՝ փաստացի որպես ինքնիշխան, ազգային և ժողովրդավարական պետության լուծարմանը: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության որևէ քաղաքացի նմանօրինակ լիազորությամբ չի օժտել որևէ իշխանության, ավելին, հայ ժողովրդն իր հավաքական կամքն է արտահայտել՝ բացառելով Արցախը թշնամական ցեղասպան պետության կազմում լինելը:

Հետևաբար, «ՀԱՄԱԽՄԲՈՒՄ» շարժումը նպատակ է հետապնդում պայքարելու ցանկացած իշխանության դեմ, որը կփորձի չեղարկել ՀՀ Անկախության հռչակագիրը և Սահմանդրությունը և խարխլել հայկական ազգային պետության հիմնասյուները:

Հետևողական ենք լինելու, որպեսզի նմանօրինակ գործողություններն անպատիժ չմնան, և Սահմանադրության տապալման ցանկացած փորձ կատարող պաշտոնյա կրի պատասխանատվություն՝ օրենքի ողջ ուժով և խստությամբ։ Ակնկալում ենք հայրենիքի ճակատագրով մտահոգ մեր բոլոր հայրենակիցների աջակցությունը և կոչ անում Հայաստանի, Արցախի և սփյուռքահայ բոլոր հասարակական ու քաղաքական ուժերին Արցախի Հանրապետության փրկության օրակարգի շուրջ միասնական ճակատ ձևավորել»։
