Նախորդ շաբաթ հետաքրքիր հրապարակում եղավ մամուլում, որը քննարկման չարժանացավ։ «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մեկնել էր Բելառուսի մայրաքաղաք Մինսկ՝ մասնակցելու ՀԱՊԿ խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի նիստերին։  Ռուսաստանի Դաշնային ժողովի Պետական դումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինի առաջարկով Սիմոնյանը գործուղման մեկնել է վերջինիս ինքնաթիռով, այլ ոչ թե հայաստանյան պատվիրակության հետ։ Վոլոդինը հրավիրել է Սիմոնյանին Մոսկվա, որ միասին թռչեն Մինսկ, նույն ճանապարհով էլ ԱԺ նախագահը վերադարձել է Երեւան, իսկ հայաստանյան պատվիրակները նրանից մեկ օր հետո են վերադարձել։

Այս դրվագը հետաքրքիր է Փաշինյանի կողմից ակտիվ վարվող հակառուսական քարոզչության ֆոնին։ Ռուսական կողմը լավ է հասկանում, որ Փաշինյանին կորցրել է, որպես գործընկեր, ուստի տպավորություն է, որ իշխանության ներսում այլ գործընկերներ են փնտրում։ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հետ հայկական պատվիրակության աչքից հեռու լինելը կարծում ենք հենց այս նպատակին ծառայելու համար է եղել։ Ռուսական կողմն, ըստ ամենայնի, փորձել է հասկանալ, թե որքանով կարող են խաղադրույք կատարել Ալեն Սիմոնյանի վրա։ Թե ի՞նչ են խոսել Վոլոդինն ու Սիմոնյանը՝ դժվար է ասել, դժվար է ասել, թե որքանո՞վ կհամաձայնի Ալեն Սիմոնյանը մասնակից դառնալ ռուսական պլաններին, բայց ակնհայտ է, որ ռուսները իրենց հույսը չեն կորցնում, հակառակ պարագայում դժվար, թե Ալեն Սիմոնյանին նման պատվի արժանացնեին։

Ռուսական որոշ շրջանակների մոտ  Ալեն Սիմոնյանի վարչապետության թեման նոր չէ։ Նախորդ տարի մենք գրել էինք, որ Ռուսաստանի իշխանությունները փորձում են ՔՊ-ի ներսում իրենց համար հենարան գտնել, որպեսզի Փաշինյանի հնարավոր հեռացման դեպքում կարողանան իրավիճակն իրենց վերահսկողության տակ պահել, մինչև նոր իշխանություն ձևավորվի։ Ալեն Սիմոյնանն այս տեսանկյունից ռուսների համար ամենահավանական թեկնածուն էր։ 

Ռուսական այդ շրջանակների մտադրություններն, ըստ ամենայնի, հասկացել էր նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։ Մեր գնահատմամբ ռուսական կողմի այս մտադրությունները փոշիացնելու համար էր ՔՊ-ն ռուսների համար անընդունելի հայտարարություններն անում Ալեն Սիմոնյանի բերանով։ Այդ կերպ, ըստ ամենայնի, Կրեմլին հասկացնում էին, որ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի հետ հույսեր չկապեն։
