«Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության հետ որեւէ համագործակցություն չի եղել եւ չի լինելու։ Այս մասին հունիսի 8-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության ղեկավար, Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածու Մանե Թանդիլյանը։

Նա վստահեցրեց, որ դա վերաբերում է նաեւ հետընտրական գործընթացներին, իշխող խմբակցության հետ ոչ մի միավորում չի լինելու, քանի որ իշխանությունները պետք է հեռանան: Նրա գնահատմամբ՝ այս հարցում անելիքների մասին պետք է բացահայտ հայտարարեն նաեւ այլ քաղաքական ուժեր։

Այսօր Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցածը Թանդիլյանն անվանեց քաղաքում իշխանության զավթում՝ նկատելով, որ մայրաքաղաքը ղեկավարում է ընտրություններին չմասնակցած անձը:

«Երեւանում պետք է իշխանափոխություն իրականացնել ընտրությունների միջոցով, ինչն էլ պատրաստվում ենք անել։ Մենք պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել նրանց հետ, ովքեր ծանոթ են մեր կարմիր գծերին։ Դրանք վերաբերում են Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հարցին, որ վերադարձ անցյալին չի լինելու, իսկ ներկայիս իշխանություններն իրենց սպառել են։ Բացի այդ, կարեւոր է քաղաքի շահերի գերակայությունը կուսակցական շահերի նկատմամբ։ Ընտրություններով լուծվելու են նաեւ քաղաքական հարցեր, քանի որ երեւանցիները ժողովրդի առջեւ պատասխանատվություն են կրում ներկայիս իրավիճակը փոխելու համար, որի հետ մենք չենք համակերպվելու»,-նշեց նա։  

Կուսակցության ղեկավարը խոստովանեց, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի նախկին պետնախարար Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի կողմից կուսակցությունը խորը գործընկերային եւ գաղափարական համագործակցություն է հաստատել: «Ես հպարտ եմ, որ նրա հետ մեր արժեքներն այնքան մոտ են, որ մեր համագործակցությունը վաղուց արդեն փաստ է եւ կասկածների տեղիք չի տալիս։ Նա այժմ գտնվում է Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, որը գտնվում է անօրինական շրջափակման մեջ, եւ նրա հնարավոր մասնակցությունն այս կամ այն ձեւաչափին կախված կլինի իրավիճակից։ Բայց մեր ծրագրերում նրա մասնակցությունն էական է, այդ թվում՝ այն մեգանախագծերում, որոնք մենք ապագայում կներկայացնենք»,-պարզաբանեց Թանդիլյանը։ 

Երեւանի քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն նշեց, որ «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությանը չի անհանգստացնում վարչական ռեսուրսը, որը, ըստ նրա, կիրառվում է եւ կիրառվելու է: «Մենք գիտենք, թե ինչպես պայքարել այդ ռեսուրսի եւ այն գործընթացների դեմ, որոնք հետո սովորաբար տեղի են ունենում։ Սա նույնպես հաշվարկ է, մենք գիտենք այս ռեսուրսի ազդեցության տեսակարար կշիռը։ Մարդն, ի վերջո, քվերատուփի մոտ մենակ է։ Մենք Տաթեւում ընդամենը մեկ ձայնի տարբերությամբ հաղթեցինք իշխող ուժին։ Ուստի բոլորի ձայնը փոխում է իրավիճակը։ Ոչ ոք չի կարող խլել մեր ոչ մի ձայն»,-եզրափակեց Թանդիլյանը։
