«Ես «Ամերիաբանկ» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության բաժնետեր եմ, սակայն բանկն ունի կառավարման մասնագիտական խորհուրդ, ուստի ես, որպես բաժնետեր, որևէ կերպ չեմ ազդում որոշումների կայացման վրա»,- այս մասին Economy of Armenia-ի հետ զրույցում ասել է Արցախի նախկին պետնախարար, Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին՝ ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված ՀՀ բանկերի կողմից ռուսական ընկերությունների սպասարկումը մերժելը։

Նա հավելել է, որ ռուսական ընկերությունների ներհոսքը Հայաստան տնտեսական ակտիվություն է, սակայն յուրաքանչյուր բանկի կողմից նրանց հետ համագործակցությունը՝ բանկի խնդիրն է։ Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հիշեցրեց, որ երկրի տնտեսական ակտիվության բարձրացմանն են ուղղված եղել նաև իր կողմից իրականացված բազում բարեգործական ծրագրեր, որոնցից են Տաթևի ճոպանուղու կառուցումը, Դիլիջանի դպրոցի կառուցումը, մի շարք հանրային տարածքների, այգիների բարեկարգումը:

«Դիլիջանի դպրոցը կարևորագույն նշանակություն ունի մեր երկրի համար։ Այն ոչ միայն կրթական համակարգի և ուսուցման տեսանկյունից է նորարարություն, այլև այն Հայաստանը դարձնում է հետաքրքիր օտարերկրյա քաղաքացիների համար։ Օրինակ, Հայաստանում այլ երկրների դեսպանությունների աշխատակիցների երեխաները, Հայաստանում ներդրումներ անող օտարերկրացիների երեխաներն իրենց հասանելի լեզվով կրթություն ստանալու հնարավորություն ունեն, ինչը խթանում է, որպեսզի օտարերկրացիները Հայաստան տեղափոխվեն»,- ասաց նա։

Լրագրողները հետաքրքրվեցին Արցախի ճակատագրի մասին: «Ես համակեցության տարբերակ չեմ տեսնում։ Ինչպե՞ս կարող են ադրբեջանցիներն ու արցախցիները կողք-կողքի ապրել։ Օրինակ, երբ ադրբեջանցիներն իրենց հաղթանակի օրը տոնեն, հայերն ի՞նչ պիտի անեն, դա անհնար է։

Երկու ժողովուրդների միասին ապրելը անվտանգ չէ, իսկ միջազգային երաշխիքների մասին խոսակցությունները պարզապես գեղեցիկ փաթեթավորված բառերի խումբ են։ Հայաստանն ու Արցախը երկու հայկական պետություններ են։ Դուք ասում եք, որ մենք թշնամուց ավելի թույլ ենք զենքով, տնտեսությամբ, դաշնակիցներով, բայց չէ՞ որ հենց դրա համար գոյություն ունի պետություն։ Պետությունը պետք է մտածի տնտեսությունը զարգացնելու, զենք ձեռք բերելու և դաշնակիցների հետ հարաբերությունները չվատացնելու գործերով։ Կապ չունի, որ այս պահին ավելի թույլ ենք, պետք է միավորվել, ոտքի կանգնել և ամեն ինչ կստացվի»,- ասաց  Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը:

Ռուբեն Վարդանյանը հայտնեց, որ ինքը պատրաստ է իր միջոցները ներդնել նույնիսկ զենքի արտադրության ոլորտում, սակայն միևնույն է, հաջողության հասնելու համար անհրաժեշտ է պետության համագործակցությունը։  Նա նաեւ փաստեց, որ ժամանակն է, որպեսզի Հայաստանը դուրս գա զոհի կարգավիճակից և աշխարհին ցույց տա, որ կարող ստեղծել ու տալ, ոչ թե միայն աշխարհից խնդրել։
