Տուժողները չեն հավատում պաշտոնական վարկածին, ունեն խորը անվստահություն։

Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել Ազատ գյուղի զորանոցի հրդեհից զոհված զինծառայողների հարցով տուժողների լիազոր ներկայացուցիչ, փաստաբան Նորիկ Նորիկյանը:

«Հայտնում եմ Ձեզ, որ Ազատ գյուղի զինվորական կացարանում զոհված 15 զինծառայողների գործով երեկ դեպքի վայրում տեղի է ունեցել կարևորագույն քննչական գործողություն, որին մասնակցել են ՀՀ ՆԳՆ փրկարարական ծառայության համապատասխան աշխատակիցները, ինչպես նաև զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները։

Բնականաբար, ձեռնպահ մնալով քննչական գործողության մանրամասները հրապարակելուց, հարկ եմ համարում արձանագրել, որ իրականացված գործողության արդյունքները նոր հարցեր են առաջացրել պատասխանների փոխարեն, որոշակի առևերևույթ հակասության մեջ են գտնվում քրեական վարույթի ընթացքում իրականացված այլ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում ձեռք բերված փաստական տվյալների հետ։

Հարկ ենք համարում մեկ անգամ ևս ընդգծել, որ եթե այս գործով պետք է պատասխան տան "Սլաքավարները", իսկ հիմնական պատասխանատուները խուսափեն պատժից, մենք գործ կունենանք հերթական ներկայացման հետ, որը հերթական անգամ կջարդի մեր ժողովրդին բարոյապես ու հոգեպես։

Այս գործում պատասխանատուների շղթան ավելի մեծ է, ուստի բոլորը պետք է իրենց չափով պատասխան տան իրենց արարքների համար։

Մեկ անգամ ևս պաշտոնապես հայտարարում ենք, որ տուժողները չեն հավատում պաշտոնական վարկածին, ունեն խորը անվստահություն, չեն բացառում ցանկացած այլ վարկած, այդ թվում իրենց երեխաներին դիտավորյալ կյանքից զրկելու, վարկածը, չենք բացառում նաև, որ հրդեհն իրականում արվել է՝ ինչ-որ հետքեր թաքցնելու վերացնելու և այս ողբերգության իրական հանգամանքները պարզելուց հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղելը իրական հանցագործության հետքից։

Զոհված զինծառայողների ծնողները հետամուտ են լինելու մինչև վերջ՝ այս մեծագույն հանցագործության իրական հանգամանքները բացահայտելու և բոլոր մեղավորներին պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու համար»,- գրել է Նորիկյանը:
