Կառավարությունն իր այսօրվա՝ հունիսի 25-ի նիստում գույք օտարելու վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացրեց:

Տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Սուրեն Պապիկյանը ներկայացնելով հարցն, ասաց. «Ներկայացված նախագծով առաջարկվում է ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության պետական գույքի կառավարման կոմիտեին ամրացված` պետական սեփականություն հանդիսացող Երեւան քաղաքի Նորք-Մարաշ, Նորքի այգիներ փողոց 180 հասցեում գտնվող 2018.12 քառ. մետր մակերեսով շենք-շինությունները եւ դրա օգտագործման եւ սպասարկման համար հատկացված 1.84871 հեկտար մակերեսով հողամասն օտարել մրցույթով՝ գույքի գնահատված արժեքի 100 տոկոսի չափով՝ 1 333 763 159 դրամով»:

Խնդրին անդրադարռանոլվ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նկտեց, որ կառավարության ուղղություններից մեկը ներդրումային գրավչություն ունեցող գույքը մասնավորեցման հանելն է եւ դա պետք է անել ծրագրով. «Այսինքն ոչ թե միայն գույքը ձեռք բերվի, այլ ներկայացվի ծրագիր, որ մենք երաշխավորված լինենք, որ այդտեղ նախապես հայտնի ներդրումներ են լինելու, կառավարության հավանությանն արժանացած ներդրումներ: Սրանով նպատակ ունենք խթանել ներդրումները Հայաստանում»,-ասաց նա:
