Արդեն երրորդ օրն է, ինչ նաև Մարտունիում՝ քաղաքապետարանին ենթակա Մշակույթի պալատում, «Հայաքվեի» ստորագրահավաքն է անցկացվում: Նախաձեռնության անդամ Նաիրի Հոխիկյանն ասում է՝ առաջին երկու օրերին բավականին մեծ հոսք կար: «Այսօր առավոտյան մեզանից 50 մետր հեռավորության վրա հավաքվել էին ինչ-որ անձինք: Մարդկանց համոզում էին, ասում՝ մի՛ գնացեք, ստորագրեք: Դա Արցախի հետ կապ չունի, ձեզ խաբում են և այլն, մարդկանց ապակողմնորոշում են: Դրանից բացի, մի քանի հոգի մոտեցան, շատ կոշտ, ագրեսիվ ձևով, թե՝ հավաքեք ինչ կա չկա ու այստեղից գնացեք, սկսեցին մեր աղջիկներին վիրավորել: Մոտեցա՝ ի՞նչ է եղել, թե գնա, դու դաշնակ ես, մենք դաշնակներին... ու հայհոյեցին: Արձագանքեցի՝ ես որևէ կուսակցության չեմ պատկանում, երկրորդ՝ դա ի՞նչ կապ ունի: Պատասխանեցին՝ դուք խաբում եք մարդկանց, սա Ղարաբաղի հետ կապ չունի, և ուզում էին ստորագրությունների թղթերը խլել: Բնականաբար, թույլ չտվեցի, փորձեցին հրել, հասկացա, որ նպատակը ծեծկռտուք սարքելն է, թույլ չտվեցի: Մարդկանց տեղեկատվական թերթիկն էի ցույց տալիս, ասում, որ սա որևէ կուսակցության հետ կապ չունի: Ասում էին՝ Քոչարյանի հետ կապ ունի, բացատրեցի, որ ոչ մեկի հետ կապ չունի, սա «Հայաքվե» նախաձեռնությունն է, որին աջակցում են նաև քաղաքական տարբեր ուժեր: Տեղեկատվական թերթիկները պատռեցին:

Մինչև ոստիկանության գալը, եկող մարդկանց ասում էին՝ մի ստորագրեք, սա խաբեություն է: Հետո տեղեկություն ստացա, որ քաղաքում մտնում են տարբեր տեղեր, կազմակերպություններ, պետական հիմնարկներ ՔՊ-ի կամ գոնե իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները, կոնկրետ չգիտեմ, մարդկանց սպառնում են, որ հանկարծ չգնան ու չստորագրեն: Ոստիկանությունն արձանագրեց, նրանց ներկայությամբ ևս տվյալ անձինք սկանդալ սարքեցին, էլի հայհոյեցին, վիրավորեցին, ոստիկանությունը դա ևս արձանագրեց, քաղաքապետարանի ներկայացուցիչն այստեղ էր, պահանջեցի, որ նա նույնպես արձանագրի, սակայն հրաժարվեց: Ստացվում է, որ իշխանության ներկայացուցիչը հրաժարվեց արձանագրել»,-նշում է Հոխիկյանը: Ընդգծում է՝ ստորագրահավաքը շարունակվում է, բայց մարդկանց ահաբեկում են և չեն թողնում, որ նրանք գան: «Առաջին երկու օրը բավականին մեծ ակտիվություն կար, այսօր մարդիկ գալիս են, մոտենում, ասում՝ կներեք, մեզ զգուշացրել են, ասել, որ չստորագրենք, չենք կարող ստորագրել: Երբ մարդիկ նաև մոտակայքով անցնում են և հրավիրում ենք նախաձեռնությանը ծանոթանալու, խուսափում եմ»,-եզրափակեց նախաձեռնության անդամը:
