«Ժողովուրդ». Մարտի 1-ի դեպքերի ժամանակ տուժածներից ովքեր են աջակցություն ստացել

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է․ ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ 2008 թվականի մարտի 1-2-ը Երեւան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցած իրադարձությունների ժամանակ տուժած ոչ բոլոր անձինք են ներկայացրել՝ միանվագ աջակցություն ստանալու համար: Ինչպես հայտնի է, 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 18-ին կառավարությունը հաստատել էր 2008թ.–ի մարտի 1-ի իրադարձությունների հետևանքով տուժածներին ու նրանց իրավահաջորդներին փոխհատուցում տրամադրելու կարգը։

Ըստ այդմ, մահացած անձանց իրավահաջորդները կստանան 30 մլն դրամ, առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցված անձինք՝ 15 մլն դրամ, առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս ստացածները` 5 մլն դրամ փոխհատուցում։ Եվ ահա, պարզվում է՝ ոչ բոլոր շահառուներն են դիմել փոխհատուցում ստանալու համար:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ միջոցառման շրջանակներում միանվագ դրամական աջակցություն է տրամադրվել 10 զոհված անձանց հարազատներին, առողջությանը ծանր վնաս հասցված 8 անձանց և առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս հասցված 31 անձանց: Ընդհանուր առմամբ ծախսվել է 575 մլն դրամ՝ այդ անձանց աջակցելու համար:

Ինչպես նշեցինք, ծրագիրն ամբողջովին չի կատարվել: Չնայած նախագծի հեղինակ, ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Լենա Նազարյանը նշել էր, թե մարտի 1-2-ի իրադարձությունների ժամանակ տուժած անձանց թիվը հստակ չէ, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ ներկայացրել էր Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության պատասխանը, որ ծանր և միջին ծանրության վնասվածք ստացել է 63 քաղաքացի, նրանցից 32-ը՝ ոստիկան»:
