«Արցախի անվտանգության և զարգացման ճակատ» հանրային շարժման երեկվա և Շարժման համակարգող Ռուբեն Վարդանյանի այսօրվա հայտարարությունները բուռն արձագանք ենք առաջացրել այն շրջանակների ու ուժերի մոտ, որոնք, ցավոք, այս ծանր իրավիճակում պայքարի իմիտացիայով են զբաղված: Այս մասին հայտարարություն է տարածել հանրային շարժման հանրային խորհուրդը:

«Առայժմ չենք ուզում գնահատականներ տալ, նրանց բառապաշարն ու վարքագիծն արդեն իսկ ամեն ինչ ասում է իրենց մասին:

Ակնհայտ է, որ նրանք, ովքեր կանգնած են նման վարքագիծ դրսևորողների ու այդպիսի հայտարարություններ անողների ետևում, առաջին հերթին արջի ծառայություն են մատուցում հենց Արցախի իշխանություններին: Իսկ Արցախի իշխանություններին խորհուրդ ենք տալիս զգոն լինել: Այս իրավիճակում երկիրը ներսից քանդելու, ատելություն ու պառակտում սերմանելու երևույթները պետք է բացառվեն:

Եվս մեկ անգամ արձանագրում ենք, որ այս իրավիճակում մեզ համար ամենակարևորը Արցախի ժողովրդի հավաքական ցանկության ու նպատակի՝ ազատ, անվտանգ, երջանիկ ու հայկական Արցախ ունենալու ուղղությամբ աշխատանքն է: Դրա համար մենք շարունակելու ենք անել հնարավորն ու անհնարինը:

Այս և նմանատիպ բոլոր մանիպուլյացիաներին մենք պատասխանելու ենք մեր գործով: Մեր սկզբունքները մենք հստակ հայտարարել ենք ու մեր բոլոր ուժերն ու ռեսուրսները կենտրոնացնելու ենք մեր հիմնական խնդրի վրա:

Արցախում ժամանակին յուրաքանչյուր ասված խոսքն արժեք է ունեցել և յուրաքանչյուրը պատասխանատվություն է կրել իր ասածի համար: Վստահ ենք, որ շատ արժեքների հետ, Արցախում նաև դա է վերականգնվելու: Ոչինչ անհետ չի կորչում: Ժամանակը կգա և ամեն մեկը պատասխանատվություն կկրի իր ասածների և արածների համար»:

Նշենք, որ այսօր իր ֆեյսբուքյան տեղաուղերձում ասել էր, որ Արցախում ստեղծված իրավիճակի գլխավոր մոեղավորը ՀՀ կառավարությունն ու վարչապետն են, որի մասին ոչնչ չասվեց նախօրեին տեղի ունեցած հանրահավաքում:
