Սիրելի՛ երևանցիներ՝ ծանոթ ու անծանոթ ընտրողներ, համակիրներ, Երևանի ինքնության, պատվի ու ճակատագրի մասին մտածող հարգելի՛ բարեկամներ,
Յուրաքանչյուրիդ հանդեպ խորին հարգանքով և համագործակցության անկեղծ ու անշահախնդիր ակնկալիքով պատրաստվում եմ շարունակաբար ձեզ ներկայացնել Երևանը սիրող, երևանցուն հարգող, քաղաքի խնդիրներին քաջատեղյակ և դրանք լուծելուն պատրաստ մեր թիմը, որի հետ, իմ գլխավորած «Հաղթանակ» կուսակցության նախընտրական ցուցակով, մասնակցելու ենք Երևանի ավագանու ընտրություններին։
Մեր ուժն առաջին հերթին ընտրողներն են՝ դուք բոլորդ, և ձեզ հետ միասին՝ մեր թեկնածուները, գաղափարները և, ծրագրերը։
 
Կարևորելով ձեզ հետ կապը՝ պարբերաբար կներկայացնեմ մեր նախընտրական ցուցակում ընդգրկված ավագանու թեկնածուներին։
 
Որպես կուսակցության քաղաքական խորհրդի նախագահ, գլխավորելով նախընտրական ցուցակը, որպես քաղաքային պլանավորման և կառավարման մասնագետ, Երևանի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի նախկին ղեկավար մեր թիմում ընդգրկել եմ մարդկանց, ովքեր առաջին հերթին փորձառու մասնագետներ են՝ քաղաքային տնտեսության առանցքային ոլորտներում փորձ ու գիտելիք ունեցող, ինչպես նաև մարդիկ, ովքեր կայացած են իրենց մասնագիտական ոլորտներում՝ մշակույթից մինչև կրթություն և զբոսաշրջություն։
 
Լալա Մնեյանը, ով ընդգրկված է նախընտրական ցուցակում, ՀՀ ժողովրդական վարպետ է, հայկական կիրառական արվեստի և արհեստների մասնագետ, մանկավարժ, ազգային արժեքների անդավաճան ջատագով և մեր ազգային ինքնությանը հավատարիմ անհատականություն։
 
26 տարի առաջ ամուսնու՝ Վանո Դադոյանի հետ հիմնադրել է «Կենաց տուն» մշակութային հասարակական կազմակերպությունը, որտեղ էլ առ այսօր աշխատում է որպես մշակութի եւ կրթության պատասխանատու:
 
Մշակութային մի շարք նախաձեռնությունների հեղինակ և կազմակերպիչ է։
Վարդան Աղաբեկյանը մասնագիտությամբ ինժեներ-շինարար է: Ունի քաղաքային տնտեսությունում աշխատանքի բազմամյա և հարուստ փորձ։ Աշխատել է Երևանի քաղաքային խորհրդի գործադիր կոմիտեի «Քաղբարեկարգշին» հատուկ շինարարական վերանորոգման վարչությունում արտադրական բաժնի ավագ ինժեներ, բաժնի պետ, արտադրության պետ, Երևան քաղաքի N1 ճանապարհաշինարարական ձեռնարկության տնօրեն:
 
Երևանի Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի շինարարության-բարեկարգման կոմունալ տեսչության բաժնի պետ, Երևան Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի կոմունալ բաժնի գլխավոր մասնագետ, բաժնի պետի տեղակալ:
 
Արթուր Բաբայանը աշխատել է նաև որպես հրշեջ, մանկավարժ, աշխատել է «Երևանի աղբահանություն և սանիտարական մաքրում» համայնքային հիմնարկի աղբահանության պատասխանատու Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանում, այնուհետև՝ ԵԱՍՄ համայնքային հիմնարկի աղբահանության համակարգման և կառավարման բաժնի պետ։
