Արցախի Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը կտրականապես հերքում և խստիվ դատապարտում է ադրբեջանական լրատվամիջոցների կողմից տարածվող ստահոդ լուրերն այն մասին, թե իբր Արցախի ՊԲ-ն տարատեսակ ռազմական տեխնիկա է տեղաշարժում և կենտրոնացնում շփման գծի տարբեր ուղղություններում:

Այս մասին հայտնւմ է Արցախի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը։

Տեղեկատվական դաշտը նման կեղծ լուրերով լցնելով, ինչպես արդեն բազմիցս առիթ ենք ունեցել համոզվելու, Ադրբեջանը հող է նախապատրաստում հետագա սադրանքների իրականացման համար:

Միջազգային դերակատարների և հատկապես ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի ուշադրությունն ենք հրավիրում այն փաստի վրա, որ Ադրբեջանն իրադրության լարման է գնում Արցախի խաղաղ բնակչությանը պարտադրված լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով հումանիտար իրավիճակի վատթարացման առնչությամբ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ արտակարգ նիստ գումարելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պահանջից ընդամենը երկու օր անց: Սա ոչ այլ ինչ է, քան Ադրբեջանի կողմից Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի արգելափակման հետևանքով Արցախի Հանրապետությունում առաջացած հումանիտար աղետից միջազգային կառույցների ուշադրությունը շեղելու փորձ:

Վերստին նշում ենք, որ 2022 թ.դեկտեմբերի 12-ից Արցախի Հանրապետությունը Ադրբեջանի անօրինական գործողությունների հետևանքով հայտնվել է լիակատար շրջափակման մեջ:

Ավելին, 2023 թ.հունիսի 15-ից Արցախի ժողովուրդը զրկված է Լաչինի միջանցքով նույնիսկ Կարմիր խաչի միջազգային կոմիտեի և ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմի միջոցով սննդամթերքի, դեղորայքի և կենսական նշանակության մնացած բոլոր ապրանքների անգամ նվազագույն քանակի ներկրման հնարավորությունից։

Այսպիսով միջազգային հանրության կողմից գործուն քայլերի բացակայության պայմաններում Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է խախտել 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի Եռակողմ հայտարարության դրույթները, միջազգային համընդհանուր իրավական նորմերը, ինչպես նաև Լաչինի միջանցքի վերաբերյալ ընդունված կոնկրետ միջազգային իրավական ակտերը, որոնց թվում են ՄԱԿ-ի արդարադատության միջազգային դատարանի և Մարդու իրավունքների եվրոպական դատարանի իրավաբանորեն պարտադիր որոշումները Լաչինի միջանցքի ապարգելափակման վերաբերյալ։

Պահանջում ենք միջազգային բոլոր դերակատարներից և, մասնավորապես, ՌԴ խաղաղապահ զորակազմից անհապաղ ձեռնարկել համապատասխան քայլեր՝ զսպելու Ադրբեջանի հնարավոր սադրիչ գործողությունները:Ստեղծված իրավիճակում հրամայական ենք համարում հնարավորինս հրատապ ՄԱԿ-ի ԱԽ արտակարգ նիստի գումարումը՝ Լաչինի միջանցքի ամբողջական և անվերապահ ապարգելափակմանն ուղղված անհրաժեշտ և արդյունավետ միջոցների իրականացման վերաբերյալ որոշում կայացնելու նպատակով։
