Shtigen Ventures-ի տնօրեն Հակոբ Խոցանյանը  մասնակցել է ՀՀ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության հրավիրած քննարկմանը՝ ծանոթանալու Կառավարության նիստում հաստատված թողարկման և վարկանիշավորման պետական աջակցության ծրագրին։

Ըստ այդ ծրագրի՝ արժեթղթերի թողարկման, տեղաբաշխման և բորսայում ցուցակման գործընթացի ավարտից հետո շահառուին տրամադրվում է միանվագ ֆինանսական օժանդակություն՝ տեղաբաշխման անվանական արժեքի 2%-ի չափով, ինչպես նաև լրացուցիչ 3-ական տոկոս՝ հաջորդող 3 տարիների ընթացքում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ՀՀ-ում արդեն գործում է ցուցակված արժեթղթերի եկամուտներից ձևավորված զրոյական դրույքաչափը։

Հակոբ Խոցանյանի կարծիքով՝ պետության կողմից նման նախաձեռնությունը լրացուցիչ խթան է ՀՀ-ում կապիտալ շուկայի զարգացման համար, ինչպես նաև բիզնեսի համար ստեղծում է այլընտրանք՝ ապահովելու իր ֆինանսավորման աղբյուրների բազմազանությունը։
