Մեզ հավաստի տեղեկություններ են հասել, թե ծրագրեր են մշակվում Լաչինի միջանցքը միակողմանիորեն բացելու, այսինքն՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից ելք թույլ տալու եւ մուտք թույլ չտալու ուղղությամբ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ օգոստոսի 24-ին, Կառավարության հերթական նիստին հայտարարեց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա շեշտեց, որ այս պահին էլ Հայաստանում են գտնվում Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի բազմաթիվ բնակիչներ, որոնք չեն կարողանում վերադառնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ.

«Նրանցից շուրջ 5 հազար նախորդ տարվա դեկտմբերից ի վեր Լաչինի միջանցքի ապօրինի փակ լինելու հետեւանքով, եւս շուրջ 30 հազարը՝ 2020 թվականի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 7-րդ կետի չկատարման հետեւանքով չեն կարողանում վերադառնալ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ: Այս դրույթի չկատարումը եւ մյուս փաստերը շարունակաբար վկայում են, որ Ադրբեջանի հիմնական նպատակը ԼՂ հայության էթնիկ զտման ճանապարհով ԼՂ-ից հեռացնելն է հայության, լինի դա սովահամության, սովահարության, ռազմական օպերացիայի, թե այլ միջոցներով»:

Փաշինյանն ասաց՝ իրենց ունեցած տեղեկությունները վկայում են, որ Բաքուն տարբեր միջոցներով շարունակում է տորպեդահարել Ստեփանակերտի հետ երկխոսությունը՝ փորձելով դրա պատասխանատվությունը դնել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի վրա.

«Հայաստանի դիրքորոշումը շարունակում է մնալ նույնը. Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հայության իրավունքներին ու անվտանգությանն առնչվող հարցերը պետք է հասցեագրվեն Բաքու-Ստեփանակերտ երկխոսության միջոցով՝ միջազգային մեխանիզմների շրջանակներում: Էական է նաեւ 2020-ի նոյեմբերի 9-ի եռակողմ հայտարարության 7-րդ կետի կատարումը, որը նախատեսում է փախստականների եւ ներքին տեղահանվածների վերադարձ ոչ միայն Լեռնային
Ղարաբաղի տարածք, այլեւ հարակից շրջաններ: Սա նշանակում է, որ ոչ միայն Հադրութի, Մարտակերտի, մի շարք գյուղերի, Մարտունու մի շարք գյուղերի, այլեւ Գետաշենի, Մարտունաշենի, Շահումյանի եւ մյուս շրջանների հայերը արժանապատվորեն եւ անվտանգ իրենց տները վերադառնալու հնարավորություն պիտի ունենան»:
