Քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է ամուսնու կողմից կնոջ սպանության դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 9-րդ կետով նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը:

ՔԿ-ից հայտնում են, որ իրականացված քննչական և վարութային անհրաժշտ գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են դեպքի հանգմանքները:

Մասնավորապես՝ 2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 25-ին՝ ժամը 08։53-ին, Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչը զանգահարել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության Լոռու մարզային վարչություն և հայտնել, որ սպանել է իր կնոջը։

Դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ նշված օրը՝ ժամը 08։45-ի սահմաններում, ամուսինը, իրենց տան բակում գտնվող տաղավարում, անձնական հարցերի շուրջ վիճաբանել է իր կնոջ հետ, որի ընթացքում խոհանոցային դանակով 2 անգամ հարվածել է վերջինիս պարանոցի շրջանին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ:

Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ստացվել այն մասին, որ տղամարդը դեռևս 2021 թվականից տառապում է խրոնիկական հոգեկան հիվանդությամբ, ինչը հաշվի առնելով՝ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի որոշմամբ նրա նկատմամբ նախաքննության ընթացքում նշանակվել են համալիր ստացիոնար դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական, ինչպես նաև՝ կրկնակի համալիր հանձնաժողովային դատահոգեբուժական և դատահոգեբանական փորձաքննություններ:

Ըստ փորձագիտական եզրակացության՝ մեղադրյալը հանցանքը կատարելու պահին թեև ֆորմալ հասկացել է իր գործողությունների հակաիրավական բնույթը, դրանց քրեորեն պատժելիությունը, սակայն հաշվի առնելով նրա մոտ հուզակամային արտահայտված խանգարումները, զառանցական գաղափարների առկայությունը, դրանց հետևանքով հոգեկան գործունեության ապակազմակերպվածությունը, իր մղումների նկատմամբ կամային վերահսկողության թուլությունը, իր գործողությունների նկատմամբ կամային և ինտելեկտուալ վերահսկողություն իրականացնելու կարողությունների բացակայությունը և այլ գործոններ, նա չէր կարող գիտակցել և հաշիվ տալ իրեն իր գործողությունների համար և ղեկավարել դրանք: Ուստի՝ մեղադրյալն արարքը կատարելու պահին գտնվել է անմեղսունակության վիճակում։
