Ռուսաստանի հայերի միության հայտարարությունը Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի վրա հարձակման վերաբերյալ

Սեպտեմբերի 19-ին Ադրբեջանը հերթական անգամ ռազմական ագրեսիա սկսեց Արցախի դեմ, ինչը դարձավ Բաքվի՝ իր պատմական հողերից հայերին վտարելու քաղաքականության տրամաբանական շարունակությունը։

Աջակցություն հայտնելով Արցախի ժողովրդին, նրա անկախությանը, ազատությանը և կյանքի իրավունքին, Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը նախաձեռնել է հասարակական կառույցների ղեկավարների մասնակցությամբ Համակարգող շտաբի ստեղծում՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ագրեսիայի ենթարկված հայրենակիցներին անհրաժեշտ օգնություն ցուցաբերելու նպատակով, ինչպես նաև վերահսկելու և կանխելու Բաքվի նախաձեռնած փորձերը՝ Ռուսաստանի տարածքում ազգամիջյան բախումներ կազմակերպելու համար։

Կարծում ենք, որ այս ամենից հնարավոր կլիներ խուսափել, եթե Հայաստանն այսօր չառաջնորդեին նրանք, ովքեր երկիրը տանուլ տվեցին 2020 թվականի պատերազմում՝ դրանով իսկ օգնելով Ալիևին, ով այն ժամանակ պաշտոնանկ արվելու եզրին էր կագնած։ Նրանք, ովքեր հետագա բանակցությունների ընթացքում ողջ ժողովրդի հանդեպ իրենց անողնաշար ու ստորացուցիչ պահվածքով միայն նպաստեցին Ալիևի դիրքերի ամրապնդմանը և «ախորժակը բացելուն»։

Չենք բացառում, որ Երևանի ավագանու վերջին ընտրությունների ժամանակ Հայաստանի հանրության կողմից Փաշինյանի կուսակցությանը արտահայտած անվստահության քվեն դարձավ կատալիզատոր Ալիևի համար, ով հասկանում է, որ նոր առողջ կողմնակիցների գալը կարող են խոչընդոտ դառնալ Հայաստանի, Արցախի և ռուս խաղաղապահների նկատմամբ նրա ագրեսիվ քաղաքականության հետագա իրականացման համար։
 
Կոչ ենք անում Հայաստանի իշխանություններին անհապաղ վերանայել իրենց դիրքորոշումը և չեղյալ համարել Ղարաբաղի հայերի բնաջնջման և տեղահանման մանդատը, որը նրանք տվել են Ալիևին՝ փաստացի լքելով Արցախը և արցախցիներին, իրենց ցինիկ հայտարարություններով և տեղի ունեցածի վերաբերյալ ուշացած արձագանքով, և այդ նպատակով օգտագործել պետությանը հասանելի բոլոր մեխանիզմներն ու ռեսուրսները, որպեսզի Արցախի ժողովրդի՝ հանուն գոյատևման ինքնորոշման իրավունքի հարցը ներառվի ՄԱԿ-ի նիստի օրակարգում, որը սկսել է իր աշխատանքը սեպտեմբերի 19-ին։ Եվ այդ քննարկումների արդյունքը պետք է լինեն ոչ թե Բաքվին ուղղված բանավոր կոչերը, այլ տնտեսական ու ռազմական պատժամիջոցները Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարների դեմ, ովքեր պատերազմ են սկսել խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ։
 
Այս օրերին, երբ Արցախում՝ ինչպես գրել է ռուս մեծ գրող Մաքսիմ Գորկին  «քրիստոնեական Եվրոպայի ստոր անտարբերությամբ» փաստացի ցեղասպանություն է տեղի ունենում, մենք հավասար հեռավորության քաղաքականությունը չափազանց վտանգավոր ենք համարում ոչ միայն հայերի, Հայաստանի և Արցախի, այլև Ռուսաստանի ապագայի համար:
 

Այս կապակցությամբ Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությունը նամակ է հղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին՝ խնդրելով ազդել Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարության վրա՝ դադարեցնելու ռազմական գործողությունները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում և կանխելու Բաքվի հետագա հանցագործությունները խաղաղ բնակչության դեմ, որոնց թվում բազմաթիվ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներ և էթնիկ ռուսներ կան, ինչպես նաև աջակցել Ռուսաստանի հայերի միությանը Արցախին մարդասիրական օգնություն տրամադրելու հարցում:
