Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցները ՀՀ հանրակրթական դպրոցներում տվյալ պահին առկա ազատ տեղերի մասին տեղեկատվություն կարող են ստանալ license.emis.am հարթակի միջոցով:

Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարությունից:

Հավելյալ խնդիրների և hարցերի դեպքում նրանք կարող են դիմել ՀՀ մարզպետարանների և Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ոլորտային վարչություններ, ինչպես նաև Հայաստանի 60-ից ավելի համայնքներում Կառավարության կողմից ստեղծված Տարածքային հումանիտար կենտրոններ կամ Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոններ, որտեղ մասնագետները համապատասխան ուղղորդում կիրականացնեն՝ տվյալ բնակավայրի դպրոցների և լիցենզիայով սահմանված ազատ տեղերի վերաբերյալ:

Հիշեցնենք՝ ԿԳՄՍՆ կողմից հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններին ուղարկված շրջաբերական-հանձնարարականի համաձայն՝ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված երեխաների ընդգրկումն ուսումնական հաստատություններում պետք է իրականացվի գործող իրավակարգավորումներով, մասնավորապես՝ 2010 թվականի նոյեմբերի 24-ի N 1640-Ն հրամանով հաստատված «Դպրոցական տարիքի երեխաներին հանրակրթության մեջ ընդգրկելու, սահմանված ժամկետից ուշ հանրակրթության մեջ ընդգրկվող երեխաների կրթության կազմակերպման և հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունից սովորողին այլ ուսումնական հաստատություն տեղափոխելու և ազատելու կարգի»:

Ըստ այդմ՝  բնակավայրի միակ դպրոցում երեխաներն ընդգրկվելու են՝ անկախ տվյալ հաստատության՝ լիցենզիայով սահմանված տեղերի թվից: Մի քանի ուսումնական հաստատություններ ունեցող  բնակավայրերում երեխաների ընդգրկումն իրականացվելու է ազատ տեղեր ունեցող հաստատություններում, իսկ տվյալ բնակավայրում դրանք ամբողջությամբ համալրված լինելու դեպքում, կրկին առաջնորդվելով երեխայի լավագույն շահով, փաստացի բնակավայրի մոտակա հաստատությունում՝ անկախ լիցենզիայով սահմանված տեղերից:
