«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նախօրեին ոչ այլ ոք, այլ հենց Հայաստանի կրթության ու գիտության (ու մնացած բաների) նախարար Ժաննա Անդրեասյանը գործնականում հայտարարեց, որ իր ղեկավարած ոլորտը, կոնկրետ՝ ՀՀ բուհական համակարգի մասով, ոչ մի բանի պիտանի չէ, և երիտասարդները, որոնք այդ համակարգում են ուսանում, անտեղի ժամանակ են վատնում: Հարկավ, ԿԳՄՍ նախարարը բառացի չի ասել այդ ամենը, բայց այն, ինչ նա ասաց ու հաստատեց, ավելի վատ է հնչում, քան մեր նշածը: Միջանկյալ ասենք, որ փոխարենը բառացի նման բան նույն օրն ասաց ԿԳՄՍ նախկին նախարար Վահրամ Դումանյանը. «Ես բազմիցս ասել եմ, որ մեր բարձրագույն կրթական համակարգը գտնվում է ճգնաժամային իրավիճակում»:

Բայց սա արդեն այլ խոսակցության թեմա է: Վերադառնանք Անդրեասյանին: Նա լրագրողների հետ հարցուպատասխանի ընթացքում հաստատեց, որ իր երեխան բարձրագույն կրթություն է ստանում արտասահմանում: Ապա սկսեց սրտնեղել կամ «մուննաթ գալ», թե՝ իր երեխաները, «ինչպես ցանկացած այլ քաղաքացու երեխա, ազատ են որոշելու՝ որտեղ իրենց կրթությունը շարունակել: Ոչ մեկը չի ասել, որ եթե իրենց մայրը որոշակի պաշտոն է զբաղեցնում, պետք է խտրական մոտեցման հանդիպեն կամ սահմանափակված լինեն իրենց որոշման ազատության մեջ»: Ստո՛պ: Ոչ մեկը երեխաներին ու նրանց՝ կրթություն ստանալու որոշման ազատության մասին բան չի ասում կամ ասել: Լրիվ հակառակը:

Հարցն այստեղ այլ է. խոսքն, այնուամենայնիվ, «ցանկացած այլ քաղաքացու», նույնիսկ ցանկացած այլ պաշտոնյանի զավակի մասին չէ, այլ հե՛նց կրթության նախարարի: Եվ նրա՝ որպես նախարար իրականացրած գործունեության լավագույն գնահատականը տվել է իր իսկ զավակը՝ որոշելով բարձրագույն կրթություն ստանալ Հայաստանից դուրս: Սա խոսում է այն մասին, որ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի ընտանիքի անդամն անգամ չի վստահում իր ծնողի ղեկավարած ոլորտին: Գուցե թե նախարարն ինքն էլ չի վստահում, քանզի հազիվ թե նրա դուստրն առանց իր հետ համաձայնեցնելու նման որոշում կայացներ: Էլ չենք խոսում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի մասին, որի դուստրը ևս սովորում է «դրսում»:

Ու խոսքը մի իշխանության մասին է, որի ներկայացուցիչները, սատելիտները Երևանի ավագանու ընտրությունների ժամանակ հարձակվել էին «Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության նախագահ Մանե Թանդիլ յանի վրա, թե ինչ է՝ նրա որդիները սովորում են արտերկրում: Այսինքն, քպականներին, առավել ևս՝ ոլորտի ուղիղ պատասխանատուներին կարելի է, մյուսներին՝ ո՞չ: Թե՞ «դրսում» սովորելու թեման սոսկ քարոզչական հնարք էր...
