ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչը ամենշաբաթյա ճեպազրույցում մեկնաբանել է ՀՀ վարչապետի` Wall Street Journal-ին տված հարցազրույցը, նշել՝ Մոսկվայում տեսնում են՝ ինչպես են արևմտյան լրատվամիջոցները բառացիորեն «հետապնդում» պաշտոնական Երևանի ներկայացուցիչներին՝ փորձելով սադրիչ հարցերի պատասխաններ կորզել։

«Տեսնում ենք, որ այդ հարցերի նպատակն է առավելագույն վնաս հասցնել Մոսկվայի և Երևանի բազմաբնույթ կապերին։ Ցավոք, հայկական ներկայիս իրողություններում այդ սադրանքներն աշխատում են։ Մեզ էլ են հաճախ սադրիչ հարցեր տալիս, բայց մենք նախընտրում ենք պատասխանել, որ մեր հարաբերություններում առկա հարցերը, մասնավորապես Հայաստանի հետ, լուծում ենք երկկողմ խողովակներով»,- ասել է Մարիա Զախարովան:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ հարցազրույցում փորձ է արվում նվազեցնել Ռուսաստանի հետ Հայաստանի կապերի նշանակությունը, նսեմացնել ռուս սահմանապահների դերը անվտանգության ապահովման գործում, հիասթափություն է արտահայտվում ՀԱՊԿ-ի և ռուս խաղաղապահների արդյունավետության վերաբերյալ:

«Փաստեր բերեմ. վերջին տարիներին Հայաստանի տնտեսության արագ աճը, ժողովրդի բարեկեցության մակարդակի բարձրացումը մեծապես պայմանավորված են Ռուսաստանի հետ առևտրատնտեսական սերտ գործակցությամբ, համատեղ խոշոր նախագծերի իրականացմամբ, ԵԱՏՄ-ին հանրապետության անդամակցությամբ: Ընդ որում՝ Հայաստանն այդ անդամակցության հիմնական շահառուն է, իսկ Ռուսաստանը՝ Հայաստանի տնտեսության գլխավոր ներդրողը։ 90-ականներից ռուսական ռազմական ներկայությունն ու մեր սահմանապահների առկայությունը պահանջված են Հայաստանում՝ հաշվի առնելով Հարավային Կովկասում ստեղծված ծանր իրավիճակը և Երևանի չկարգավորված հարաբերությունները հարևանների հետ»,- նշել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը։

Զախարովան անդրադարձել է նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում տեղակայված ռուս խաղաղապահ զորակազմին, պնդել՝ եթե խաղաղապահները չլինեին, իրավիճակը տարածաշրջանում կարող էր զարգանալ հայկական կողմի համար շատ ավելի դրամատիկ սցենարով:

ՌԴ ԱԳՆ պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչն անդրադարձել է նաև Հայաստանի ինքնիշխան տարածքի նկատմամբ ադրբեջանական հարձակումների ժամանակ ՀԱՊԿ-ի անգործության հետ կապված պաշտոնական Երևանի դժգոհությանը՝ նշել, թե կառույցը պատրաստ էր դիտորդներ ուղարկել:
