ԱՄՆ-ը Չինաստանին լուրջ հակակշիռ են ստեղծում արևային էներգիայի հարցում

Միացյալ Նահանգները Չինաստանին լուրջ հակակշիռ են ստեղծում հարավ-արևելյան Ասիայում արևային էներգիայի առումով։ Բանն այն է, որ ԱՄՆ նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը անցած տարի չեղարկեց հարավարևելյան Ասիայի 4 երկրներից մարտկոցների և արևային այլ սարքավորումների մաքսատուրքերը, փոխարենը զգալի ավելացրեց Չինաստանից սարքավորումների ներմուծման մաքսատուրքերը՝ լուրջ խոչընդոտներ հարուցելով չինական ապրանքների ներմուծման համար։

Խնդիրը ոչ միայն տնտեսական էր, այլև առաջին հերթին քաղաքական, փոխարենը սակագնային արտոնություններ տրամադրվեցին Կաբոջայի, Մալազիայի, Թայլանդի և Վիետնամի արևային վահանակներին, իսկ այդ երկրներում արտադրությունն ահռելի չափերի հասան։ Այսկերպ Միացյալ Նահանգները ցանկանում է դիֆերսիֆիկացնել իր համար արևային վահանկների ներմուծումը, նաև հակակշիռներ ստեղծել Չինաստանի համար։

Բանն այն է, որ 4 այս երկրները վաղուց արդեն դարձել են Միացյալ Նահանգների տնտեսական և քաղաքական դաշնակիցները հարավարևելյան Ասիայում։ Չինաստանը լուրջ խնդիրների է բախվում նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի հետ, նույնիսկ Վիետնամը, որը Միացյալ Նահանգների դեմ պատերազմից հետո բավականին սերտ հարաբերություններ ուներ Չինաստանի հետ, այժմ դարձել է ԱՄՆ-ի լիակատար կցորդը, իսկ Վիետնամի Կոմունիստական կուսակցությունը բնավ չի թաքցնում իր ամերիկամետ դիրքորոշումները՝ գիտակցելով, որ հարավարևելյան Ասիայում Չինաստանն ավելի ու ավելի հեգեմոն դիրք է գրավում և կարող է ընդհուպ մինչև տնտեսապես կլանել իրենց, ուստի և այս երկրներն օգտվում են քաղաքական և տնտեսական արտոնություններից, օգտվում է նաև Միացյալ Նահանգները։

Կամբոջայի, Մալազիայի, Թայլանդի, Վիետնամի արևային վահանակներն ու մարտկոցները մեծ բեռնանավերով արտահանվում են ոչ միայն ԱՄՆ, այլ նաև Ֆիլիպիններ, Ինդոնեզիա, Հարավային Կորեա և Ճապոնիա, Ավստրալիա և Նոր Զելանդիա։ Այժմ էլ Հնդկական օվկիանոսով և Սուեզի ջրանցքով վահանակները սկսել են արտահանել դեպի եվրոպական երկրներ։

Եվրամիության և ԱՄՆ մինչև վերջերս տեղի ունեցած գաղտնի բանակցություններում որոշվել է մաքսատուրքերն իջեցնել և նաև Եվրամիությունում, Կամբոջայի, Մալազիայի, Թայլանդի և Վիետնամի արտադրողների համար։ Առաջիկայում լրջորեն բարձրացնելու են մաքսատուրքերը չինական ապրանքների համար։

Եվրամիությունն ինքը ևս արևային բումին զուգահեռ փորձում է նվազեցնել տնտեսական, քաղաքական կախվածութունը Չինաստանից։

Հայաստանում արևային վահանակներ արտադրող մեկ ընկերություն կա՝ «Սոլարոնը»։
