«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցության համահիմնադիր Մեսրոպ Առաքելյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  գրել է․
 
Ալավերդի համայնքում նախորդ տարի տեղի ունեցած ավագանու ընտրություններում կրած պարտությունից հետո ընդդիմադիր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության ներկայացուցիչներն այդպես էլ չեն ընդունում իրենց կարգավիճակը և անում են առավելագույնը խոչընդոտելու համայնքի զարգացմանը։
 
Ամիսներ առաջ օգտագործելով բազմաթիվ վարչական լծակներ, տեղացիների ասելով՝ տալով նաև նյութական խոստումներ՝ հաջողացրել են «Ապրելու երկիր» խմբակցության անդամներից մեկին տանել իրենց կողմը։ Արդյունքում, արդեն մի քանի ամիս է՝ իշխանության թիմը չի ներկայանում ավագանու նիստերին՝ խոչընդոտելով համայնքի համար կարևոր մի շարք ծրագրերի քննարկմանը։
 
Ընդ որում, մեր այլ թիմակիցների նկատմամբ ճնշումներ և առաջարկներ անելու փորձեր նույնպես արվել են՝ պարտված թեկնածուի և խմբակցության՝ քրեական բազմաթիվ դրվագներով հայտնի ղեկավարի կողմից։
 
Ուզում եմ կարևորել նաև, մեր կոալիցիոն գործընկեր «Հայ ազգային կոնգրես» կուսակցության սկզբունքային դիրքորոշումը, ում հետ ձևավորվել է իշխանությունը։
Եվ ահա, Ալավերդիում ընդդիմադիր «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցությունը առաջիկա օրերին նախատեսում է ՏԻՄ օրենքի կոպիտ խախտումով նախաձեռնել համայնքի ղեկավարի անվստահության գործընթաց, ինչը օրեր առաջ արժանացել է իրենց ղեկավարության՝ կուսակցության վարչության և կուսակցության նախագահի հավանությանը։
 
Ժողովրդավարության մասին հեքիաթներ պատմող իշխող ուժը փորձում է ամեն գնով խլել ժողովրդի կողմից ձևավորված իշխանությունը, որը բոլորի համար եղել է ընդունելի։
«Ապրելու երկիր» կուսակցությունը չի թույլատրելու զոռբայությամբ և օրենքի խախտումով իշխանության փոփոխությունը Ալավերդի համայնքում։
 
Ժողովրդի կողմից ձևավորված իշխանությունը կարող է փոխվել միայն ժողովրդի կողմից։
Պատրաստ ենք քննարկել նույնիսկ ավագանու արտահերթ ընտրությունների անցկացումը՝ վերահաստատելով ժողովրդի վստահությունը։
