Նախկինները հեռանում են. պրոցեսը, ըստ էության, ավարտվում է։ Հայաստանում միակ գործող նախկինը Նիկոլն է։ Կա բնական ընթացք, որը կոչվում է դարաշրջանի փոփոխություն։ Նիկոլի դարաշրջանը վերջանում է։

Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը․

«Ապագայի ուժերը հաղթելու են. այլ տարբերակ չկա

Մենք հիմա անցումային փուլում ենք, որը կարող է արհեստականորեն ձգվել կամ արագանալ, կարող է ունենալ սահուն ընթացք, կարող է ունենալ նաև ֆորսմաժորային տեսք։ Մենք հիմա պետություն ենք ոչ մի բանի մասին, ոչ մի հեռանկարով։ Մեր ազգային տոներից մնացել է միայն Գրին Քարտի խաղարկության օրը։

Մեր հաջորդ փուլը վերականգնումն է. պահել պետականությունը՝ զգույշ, գրագետ ջանքով։ Ուղղել մեջքներս, նոր հարաբերություններ հաստատել աշխարհի հետ, սկսել կառուցել նոր ժամանակակից պետություն։ Եվ իհարկե, աշխատել հայկական Արցախի թեմայով։

Փոփոխությունների տեմպը և որակը կախված են ազգային, հանրային, քաղաքական մտքի հասունությունից (կամ տհասությունից)։

Հիմա, կոպիտ ասած, մեր ժամանակավոր առաջնորդը Չարլզ Դարվինն է՝ իր էվոլյուցիոն տեսությամբ։ Էվոլյուցիան պահանջում է՝ դուրս գալ անցումային փուլից, հասկանալ նոր իրողությունները և գնալ առաջ։

Ազգային արգելակը

Նիկոլը բոլոր աղետներից հետո ֆիքսել է մի փրփուր, որից ամուր կառչել է.

ասում է՝ ինչ եղել-եղել է, ուզում եք՝ համարեք դա դավաճանություն, կապիտուլյացիա, պատմական անխուսափելիություն, նախկինների սխալների հետևանք. ոնց ուզում ենք, բայց փաստը կատարվել է, և հիմա ես ապագայի համար առաջարկում եմ իմ տեսլականը՝ «խաղաղություն և թալանը հետ բերել»։ Նա իհարկե սա´ էլ է ձախողելու, բայց հանկարծ պարզվում է, որ դիմացը ուրիշ այլ բան առաջարկող չկա։

Ընդդիմությունը խոսում է կա´մ Նիկոլի մասին, կա´մ մինչև 2018-ի պատկերացումներով, նույնիսկ երբ խոսում է Արցախի, անվտանգություն, Ռուսաստան, Թուրքիա, տարածաշրջան, սփյուռք և այլ կարևորագույն թեմաներով։ Բայց հիմա լրիվ ուրիշ իրականություն է, և սովորական քաղաքացին սա բնազդորեն հասկանում է ու, էլի բնազդորեն, ապագայի ռացիոնալ տեսլական պահանջում։ Հենց դա լինի, նա դուրս կգա ինքնաոչնչացնող ագրեսիայի ու բոլորին ու նաև պետությունը մերժելու հոգեվիճակից։

Հայաստանը լռվել է Նիկոլի ողբերգական ներկայի ու անցյալի մարտադաշտում։ Ոչ մի ապագայի բանաձև։ Հենց այդ պատճառով է ժողովրդը մերժում բոլորին, այդ ընթացքում մերժելով պետությունը, և դա հնարավորություն է տալիս Նիկոլին՝ կառչել փրփուրից»,- գրել է նա։
