ՌԴ արտգործնախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան մեկնաբանել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի վարչակազմի համատեղ հայտարարություն, որում մասնավորապես նշվում է․

«Մոսկվան գոհունակությամբ ողջունեց ԱՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմի համատեղ հայտարարությունը, որով հաստատվում է երկու երկրների միջև հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու և խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու փոխադարձ մտադրությունը։

Մենք ողջունում ենք Բաքվի և Երևանի միջև համաձայնությունը հայ և ադրբեջանցի զինվորականների ազատ արձակման վերաբերյալ։ Ռուսաստանը հետևողականորեն առաջ է քաշել «բոլորը բոլորի համար» սկզբունքով կալանավորներին փոխանակելու գաղափարը։ Սա նպաստում է վստահության փոխադարձ ամրապնդմանը և նոր հնարավորություններ է բացում հայ-ադրբեջանական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացի խթանման գործում՝ Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի և Հայաստանի ղեկավարների 2020-2022 թվականների համապարփակ եռակողմ համաձայնագրերին համահունչ։

Մենք պատրաստ ենք շարունակել հնարավոր աջակցություն ցուցաբերել տրանսպորտային հաղորդակցությունների ապաշրջափակման, սահմանների սահմանազատման, խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքման և քաղաքացիական հասարակության միջոցով շփումների հարցում։

Մենք ողջունում ենք նաև Երևանի որոշումը՝ որպես բարի կամքի ժեստ, հրաժարվել 2024 թվականի նոյեմբերին հյուրընկալելու իր երկրի թեկնածությունից՝ հօգուտ Ադրբեջանի։ ՄԱԿ-ի Կլիմայի փոփոխության շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի (COP-29 UNFCCC) Կողմերի համաժողովի 29-րդ նստաշրջանը, ինչպես նաև Բաքուն հայտարարեց ՄԱԿ-ի ԿՓՇԿ Բյուրոյի անդամակցության Հայաստանի թեկնածության աջակցության մասին: Ռուսական կողմը (ՌԴ նախագահի կլիմայական հարցերով հատուկ ներկայացուցիչ Ռ.Ս.-Խ. Էդելգերիևը) շփումներ է ունեցել Բաքվի և Երևանի հետ՝ նպատակ ունենալով հասնել ՄԱԿ-ի ԿՓՇԿ-ի շուրջ ընդհանուր համաձայնության»։

Նշենք, որ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմը և Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության նախագահի վարչակազմը համատեղ հայտարարություն տարածեցին հարաբերությունները կարգավորելու և խաղաղության պայմանագրի կնքմանը հասնելու իրենց մտադրության վերաբերյալ։
