Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Սփյուռքի սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,

Իշխանությունը, օգտագործելով բոլոր անբարո գործիքները եւ թքած ունենալով մարդու իրավունքի ու մեր անձնական կյանքի անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքի վրա, տարածում է իմ «մեսենջեր» օգտահաշվից հանված ձայնայինից մի հաղորդագրություն, ինչը փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել որպես արհամարհանքի խոսք Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների հասցեին։ Այս օրերին Սփյուռքում ապրող իմ բազմաթիվ հայրենակիցների, ում հետ ունեմ անձնական շփումներ, ես բացատրել եմ իշխանության կեղտոտ այս քայլի մեխանիկան, բայց հիմա հարկ եմ համարում այս ձեւաչափով եւս անդրադառնալ խնդրին։

Հարգելի՛ իմ սփյուռքահայ քույրեր եւ եղբայրներ, որ տարբեր պատճառներով արտագաղթել եք Հայաստանից եւ ձեզանից շատերը ստիպված են եղել լքել հայրենիքը բազմաթիվ օբյեկտիվ պատճառներով։ Եւ այսպես. ի՞նչ է եղել իրականում. ինձ, իմ անձնական «մեսենջերի» վրա Սփյուռքում ապրող մի կին գրում է անձնական վիրավորանքներ, ինձ եւ իմ ընտանիքին, գրում է չարացած եւ անթաքույց ատելության խոսքեր։ Ես սույն տիկնոջը, կրկնում եմ, բացառապես սույն տիկնոջը պատասխանում եմ այն, ինչը այս իշխանությունը, խախտելով իմ անձնական նամակագրության անձեռնմխելիության իրավունքը, հանրայնացնում է, եւ ինչը ես ինքս տեղադրեցի ֆեյսբուքյան իմ էջում` կից պարզաբանմամբ։ Ու սա փորձ է արվում ներկայացնել որպես Սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների հանդեպ անհարգալից վերաբերմունք։

Իմ սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, ես ցավում եմ, որ որոշ շրջանակների հաջողվեց իմ խոսքերը, ուղղված ինձ ու իմ ընտանիքին վիրավորած կոնկրետ անձին, անբարո ձեւով խեղաթյուրել եւ ձեզանից շատերի մոտ արդարացի վրդովմունք առաջացնել։ Կարծում եմ, ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը, եթե վիրավորեին ձեզ եւ ձեր ընտանիքը, կվարվեիք նույն կերպ եւ կպատասխանեիք վստահաբար շատ ավելի կոշտ։ Ես, որպես միջազգային կառույցներում աշխատող պատգամավոր, գիտեմ ինչ հզոր ուժ է հայկական Սփյուռքը եւ գիտեմ, թե հայապահպանության ու Հայաստանն ու Արցախը շենացնելու գործում ինչ անուրանալի ավանդ ունեն Սփյուռքում ապրող մեր հայրենակիցները։

Բայց ես շարունակելու եմ չհանդուրժել թշնամանքն ու հայհոյանքը, ես շարունակելու եմ չհանդուրժել հասարակությունը ատելությամբ սնելու ցանկացած քայլ, ով էլ դա կանի եւ որտեղ էլ այդ անձը կապրի։ Որովհետեւ ատելությունն ու թշնամանքը պարզապես կազմաքանդում են երկիրը եւ մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի պարտքը պետք է լինի, անկախ նրանից, թե որտեղ ենք ապրում, աշխարհի որ ծայրում, կասեցնել ատելության այս գեներեցիան ու բռնել ատելություն ու թշնամանք տարածողի ձեռքը։
Ես ներողություն եմ խնդրում Սփյուռքում ապրող իմ բոլոր հայրենակիցներից, եթե կոնկրետ անձին ուղղված իմ խոսքը իրենք այլ կերպ են ընկալել եւ ասում եմ ձեզ, որ դուք հզոր եք, դուք ուժեղ եք եւ դուք եք մեզ հետ միասին, ինչպես արել եք մշտապես, Հայաստանն ու Սփյուռքը շեն ու ամուր պահողը։ Ու անկեղծորեն ակնկալում եմ, որ մեզ հետ միասին կպայքարեք մեր բոլորի հայրենիքը ատելության ու թշնամանքի այս կործանարար ուղին կասեցնելու համար։
