Արտակ Զաքարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է. «Մեր պետությունն այժմ գտնվում է պատմական անպիսի կրախի առջև, որին անհրաժեշտ է միայն համազգային նոր զարթոնք, վերածնունդ, ռևանշ: Այլապես` բախտորոշ գեոպոլիտիկ քամիները խորտակման են տանելու հայկական պետականության նավակը (Սերժ Սարգսյանի թողած ինքնավստահ զարգացող երկրից վերածվել ենք բախտի քմահաճույքով ալեկոծ ճոճվող ու այսուայնկողմ հարվածվող նավակի):

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, աշխարհի շատ երկրներ են այսօր փնտրում անվտանգ և կայուն ապրելու բանաձևեր. նույնիսկ խոշոր, զարգացած ու մինչև ատամները զինված երկրները:

«Ես իմ մի փոր հաց ունենամ, Նիկոլը երկրի հետ ինչ ուզում է, թող անի» բանաձևը` իմ տպավորությամբ շատերի սրտով չէ: Արցախի հանձնումից հետո, մարդկանց մեծ մասը հասկանում է ահագնացող վտանգի աստիճանը: Հասկանում է, որ «իշխանությունների» շնորհիվ կարող են կորցնել նաև եղածը` բախվելով էկզիստենցիալ նոր պրոբլեմների հետ:

Միայն խաբեությամբ, աչքակապությամբ ու ակնհայտ անպատասխանատվությամբ` իշխանություն պահել չես կարող: Օտար երկրներից «ստացվող քաղցր» խոստումներով ու անմիտ ողջույններով` անվտանգություն չես կառուցի: Դրսից պաշտպանվածություն մուրալով` երբեք պաշտպանված չես լինի: Բռնաբարված ժողովրդավարությամբ ու ներքին թշնամանքով` քաղաքացիական հասարակություն չես ունենա: Աշխարհվ մեկ թափառող և պետություններ քայքայող կեղծ լիբերալիստական արժեքներով` ազգային պետություն չես ունենա: Կրթությունդ, մշակույթդ, հավատքդ, ազգային արժեքներդ` օտարների պատկերացումներին հարմարեցնելով` ապագա չես ունենա: Սփյուռքիդ լռեցնելով և պետությունից օտարելով` համազգային ներուժ չես ստեղծի: Արցախը դավադրաբար հանձնելով` հանգիստ ապագա չես ունենա…

Այս իրավիճակից անշուշտ կան ելքեր, լուծումներ, իրական տեսլականներ, որոնք կյանքի են կոչվելու առանց ՔՊ-ի և նրանց սատելիտների:

Հայ ժողովրդի համար ազգային զարթոնքը, եթե կուզեք` գաղափարական ռևանշը` արժանակատիվ և անվտանգ ապագայի միակ իրական երաշխիքն է»:
