Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված բոլոր ուսանողների ուսման վարձի լրիվ կամ մասնակի փոխհատուցման նպատակով կրթաթոշակի տրամադրման կարգերը մշակված են:

Այս մասին նշեց ԿԳՄՍՆ բարձրագույն կրթության և գիտության կոմիտեի նախագահ Սարգիս Հայոցյանն՝ ամփոփելով 2023 թվականը և անդրադառնալով տարվա ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքներին: 

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ ՀՀ կառավարությունը հոկտեմբերի 12-ի որոշմամբ հաստատել է 2023 թ․ սեպտեմբերի 19-ից հետո Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված ուսանողների՝ 2023-2024 ուստարվա ուսման վարձի լրիվ կամ մասնակի փոխհատուցման նպատակով կրթաթոշակի տրամադրման կարգը և տրամադրվելիք կրթաթոշակի առավելագույն չափերը՝ ըստ կրթական ծրագրերի: 2023թ. դեկտեմբեր ամսվա դրությամբ ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված շուրջ 1900 ուսանող արդեն իսկ ներգրավված է ՀՀ պետական բուհերի համապատասխան կամ հարակից կրթական ծրագրերում:  

«Ներկա պահին շրջանառվում է նաև ՀՀ կառավարության որոշման նախագիծ, որով սահմանվում է աջակցության ծրագիր ՀՀ բուհերում սովորող ԼՂ բնակիչ հանդիսացող և 2023 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 19-ից Ադրբեջանի կողմից բռնի տեղահանված ընտանիքների ուսանողների համար, որոնց մի մասի ուսման վարձը փոխհատուցվում էր Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի կողմից, իսկ մյուս մասը սովորում էր վճարովի համակարգում` ուսման վճարը վճարելով սեփական միջոցներից․ խոսքը շուրջ 860 ուսանողի մասին է»,- ասաց նա։  

Հայոցյանն, անդրադառնալով ԼՂ-ից բռնի տեղահանված դասախոսներին, տեղեկացրեց, որ  բուհերում հնարավորությունների առկայության պարագայում դասախոսները ընդունվում են աշխատանքի: Մի մասի համար էլ կա վերապրոֆիլավորման գործընթաց:
