Փաշինյանը Սամվել Բաբայանից նոր «հերոս» է կերտում

Արցախի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախկին քարտուղար Սամվել Բաբայանի վերջին շրջանի ակտիվացումը, ինչպես նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի դեմ մի շարք քննադատական հայտարարությունները վկայում են, որ գործող իշխանությունները նոր դավադրություն են նյութում Արցախի տեղահանված բնակիչների նկատմամբ։

Բաբայանը, նշենք, 44-օրյա պատերազմից հետո դարձել է գործող իշխանությունների կեղտոտ գործը կատարողը։ Տևական ժամանակ էլ գտնվում էր Արցախում, որտեղ փորձում էր խժդժություններ բարձրացնել Արցախի այդ օրվա իշխանությունների դեմ և պահանջում էր իրեն հանձնել պետնախարարի պաշտոնը։

Ներկայումս Բաբայանը գործունեություն ծավալում է Հայաստանում։ Մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ՝ անընդհատ հանդիպումների մեջ է տարբեր շրջանակների հետ, քննարկում է Արցախի ժողովրդի հարցերը։ Ավելին, հայտարարում է, թե դեմ չէ Արցախի պետական ինստիտուտների պահպանմանը, միայն թե Արցախի իշխանությունները պետք է համապատասխան տեսլական ներկայացնեն։ Ըստ էության Բաբայանի առաջարկն արմատապես տարբերվում է Արցախի իշխանությունների և Ազգային ժողովի մյուս ուժերի առաջարկից։ Բաբայանն առաջարկում է ոչ թե պահպանել Արցախի Ազգային ժողովը, նախագահի և նախարարների պաշտոնը, այլ ստեղծել ինչ-որ վարչություն Հայաստանի կառավարությանն առընթեր և դրա միջոցով զբաղվել։

Փաստացի, Բաբայանի առաջարկը շատ ավելի վտանգավոր է և ընդամենը փորձ է արցախցիների հնարավոր ընդվզումները մտցնել գործող իշխանությունների վերահսկողության տակ։ Ըստ մամուլի՝ Բաբայանը վերջերս հանդիպել է Արցախի վերջին նախագահ Սամվել Շահրամանյանին, քննարկել նրա հետ հնարավոր համգործակցութունը։

Հայաստան տեղափոխվելուց հետո, Շահրամանյանն աջակցություն չգտավ ընդդիմադիր այլ ուժերի կողմից, որոնք նրան մեղադրում էին Արցախի լուծարման հրամանագիր ստորագրելու մեջ։ 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանձնաժողովում Փաշինյանին ցանկալի ցուցմունքներ տալուց հետո էլ դարձել է գործող իշխանությունների կամակատարներից մեկը և թելում է Սամվել Բաբայանի թելը։
