«Իրատես» թերթը գրում է. «Մինչ մեր Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունն ակտիվ ներգրավված է իշխանության ընդդիմախոսների դեմ պայքարում, թշնամին ձեռքերը ծալած չի նստում։ Տպավորություն կա, որ այս ծառայությունը զբաղվում է ամեն ինչով, բացի իր բուն առաքելությունից՝ արտաքին սպառնալիքների ու մարտահրավերների դեմ պայքարելուց։

Ու քանի դեռ ԱԱԾ-ն զբաղված է սատանաներով ու իշխանությանը թթու խոսք ասողների որսով, ադրբեջանցիների ձեռքում են հայտնվում մեր քաղաքացիների անձնական տվյալները, որոնք համացանցով մեկ տարածվում են։ Արդեն որերորդ անգամ է նման փաստի ենք ականատես լինում, բայց սա կարծես քիչ է մտահոգում մեր ԱԱԾ-ին, նրանք լրիվ այլ հոգս ունեն։

Այսպիսի թույլ ու անկազմակերպ ԱԱԾ Հայաստանում երբեք չի եղել։ Այս երկու տարվա ընթացքում ԱԱԾ պետին գաղտնալսեցին, արտահոսքեր եղան մի կառույցից, որի գործառույթի կարեւոր բաղադրիչներից մեկն էլ այն է, որ բոլորի աչքից հեռու պահեն այն տեղեկությունը, որը կարող է խնդիրներ ստեղծել երկրի համար։ ՈՒ ամենակարեւորը. այդ տեղեկությունները պետք է երկրի սահմաններից դուրս չգան, չվտանգեն պետությանն ու նրա քաղաքացուն։ Ավա՜ղ։ Մեր «ատամները» թշնամին կարողանում է լավ հաշվել, մուտք գործել այնտեղ, որը պետք է ԱԱԾ-ի կոշտ դիմադրությանն արժանացած լիներ։

Սակայն պետք չէ զարմանալ այս ամենից, պետք է վախենալ, որ ունես մի իշխանություն, որի համար գրոշի արժեք ունի քո անձնական տվյալների անձեռնամխելիությունը, որովհետեւ դա օգտագործում է հենց քո երկրի իշխանությունը, էլ ուր մնաց թշնամին։ Քաղաքական ստորաքարշ նպատակների համար կարող են անգամ ռազմական գաղտնիքը փռել արեւին, միայն թե այսրոպեական PR անել, հանրության աչքին թոզ փչել ու նախկիններին հերթական անգամ «տեղը նստեցնել»։

ԱԱԾ-ն «դիրքավորելու» հրահանգ տվող վարչապետն է անձամբ պետական գաղտնիքներ հրապարակավ ներկայացնում, հիշենք, համաճարակի այս օրերին Փաշինյանը կոնկրետ թվեր էր ներկայացնում, թե Հայաստանի պարենի պաշարները քանի ամիս դեռ կհերիքեն, էլ չենք խոսում, որ հատ-հատ հրապարակում էր, թե քանի զորամաս է անցել նոր սննդակարգին։ ՈՒ այսպիսի մտածողությամբ իշխանությանը կարո՞ղ ենք ապավինել, որ նա թույլ չտա գաղտնի տվյալները թշնամու ձեռքում հայտնվեն։ Հազիվ թե։

Ըստ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի, ԱԱԾ-ի հիմնական գործն այն է, որ պարզի որոշ շրջանակների եւ սատանայի համագործակցության ձեւերն ու ուղիները, մանկական փոքր խնջույքը դիտարկի ազգային անվտանգության սպառնալիք ու ԱԱԾ-ն գործուղի այնտեղ։ Սա է այս իշխանության պատկերացումն ԱԱԾ-ի գործողությունների վերաբերյալ, ինչն էլ հավատարմորեն կատարում է 2 տարում արդեն 3-րդ ղեկավար փոխած այս կառույցը։ Մնում է հասկանալ, թե այս իշխանությունը սատանայի կերպարով ու՞մ է պատկերացնում։ Մի տեսակ ընդդիմադիր «սատանաները» շատացել են»:
