«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժումը, որը ղեկավարում է Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Արշակ Կարապետյանը, հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել։

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը դժվար ժամանակներ է ապրում։ Ցավոք, մենք այսօր պետք է արձանագրենք ոչ միայն պատմական տարածքների և ազգային հուշարձանների կորուստը, այլև մեր երկրի ինքնիշխանությունը, արդարության և լուսավոր ապագայի նկատմամբ բնակչության հավատի կորուստը։ Այս վիճակի պատճառը տարբեր մակարդակներում իշխանությունների սիրողականությունն է, պետական ​​շահերի նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքն ու դավաճանությունը։

Գիտակցելով անձնական պատասխանատվությունը հայ ժողովրդի հանդեպ, մեր երկրի ու գալիք սերունդների առաջ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման հիմնադիրները կայացրել են միակ ճիշտ որոշումը՝ համախմբել հայրենիքին նվիրված ուժերի ջանքերը՝ պաշտպանելու Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ժողովրդի ինքնիշխան իրավունքները, նրա պետականությունն ու տարածքային ամբողջականությունը, պատմությունը, ավանդույթներն ու ազգային մշակույթը։

«Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժման խորհուրդն աջակցել է կազմակերպության երիտասարդական թև ստեղծելու նախաձեռնությանը։ Այս միավորի հիմնական խնդիրն է լինելու համախմբել հայ երիտասարդներին՝ մեր ժողովրդի ապագան ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ նրա սահմաններից դուրս։

Կոչ ենք անում բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր կիսում են մտահոգությունը Հայաստանի ճակատագրի համար, ովքեր անտարբեր չեն մեր մեծ նախնիների թողած  երկրի ապագայի նկատմամբ, ովքեր պատրաստ են անկեղծորեն և մաքուր սրտով միանալ իրենց հայրենիքի շահերի անբարոյական ոտնահարման դեմ պայքարին միանալ «Համահայկական ճակատ» շարժմանը։ Միասին կարտահայտենք Հայաստանի ժողովրդի վերաբերմունքն այն ամենին, ինչ տեղի է ունենում այսօր երկրում և իշխանությանը, որի համար անձնական շահը վեր է իր ժողովրդի շահերից։ Միասին ստիպելու ենք իշխանությանը երեսը դարձնել դեպի ժողովուրդը, ինքնակամ ընդունել սխալներն ու հրաժարական տալ։ Մենք կոչ չենք անում հերթական գունավոր հեղափոխությունների կամ գործողությունների, որոնք կարող են է՛լ ավելի մեծ վնաս հասցնել հայոց պետականությանը։

Դիմում ենք ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներին և կառավարության պաշտոնյաներին, զինվորական անձնակազմին և բոլոր իրավապահ մարմինների աշխատակիցներին, ովքեր անտարբեր չեն հայրենիքի ճակատագրի նկատմամբ, ովքեր գնահատում են իրենց պատիվն ու արժանապատվությունը. պաշտպանեք Օրենքն ու Արդարությունը։

Մեր կարգախոսը. «Ազգեր, որոնք ընկնում են ճակատամարտում, նորից բարձրանում են, իսկ որոնք հանձնվում են՝ վերանում են։ Մեր գործը ճշմարիտ է»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում։
