ՔՊ-«Բալասանյան» դաշինք ապահարզանի պատճառով դեսպանին հետ կանչեցին

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի առաջարկով Վահագն Խաչատուրյանն Իրաքում Հայաստանի դեսպանի պաշտոնից հետ է կանչել Միսակ Բալասանյանին։ Արդեն նախկին դեսպանը Գյումրիի նախկին քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանի որդին է և այդ պաշտոնին նշանակվել էր ընդամենը երեք ամիս առաջ։ Պարզից էլ պարզ է, որ հետկանչի պատճառը Գյումրիի ավագանիում երկու խմբակցությունների կոալիցիոն հուշագրի խզումն է, ավելի ճիշտ, Գյումրին զավթելու փաշինյանական փորձի ձախողումը։

ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Միսակ Բալասանյանին դեսպանի պաշտոնում նշանակելով՝ վարչախումբն ակնկալել է, թե կզավթի քաղաքապետի պաշտոնը և իշխանությունը Գյումրիում, արտահերթ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ։ Թե ինչ պայմանավորվածություններ են ունեցել Բալասանյանն ու ՔՊ-ն, հայտնի չէ, բայց նախկին քաղաքապետը նախընտրել է չհանձնել քաղաքի կառավարումը ՔՊ-ին։

Մի քանի շաբաթ առաջ խզելով «Բալասանյան դաշինքի» հետ կոալիցիոն հուշագիրը՝ ՔՊ-ն մեղադրել էր, թե Գյումրիի կառավարումն արդյունավետ չէ, քաղաքը ստվերային կառավարիչ ունի, բայց այդպես էլ չէր հստակեցրել՝ արդյոք նախկին քաղաքապետ, քաղաքի ներկայիս ղեկավարի ազգական Սամվել Բալասանյանին նկատի ուներ։ Իսկ արդեն երեկ Գյումրիի ավագանու պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ չհաստատվեց հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեն։ «Բալասանյան դաշինքի» հետ երկու տարի իշխանությունը կիսած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» կոշտ քննադատեց ավագանու հաստատմանը ներկայացված 5.7 միլիարդ դրամի բյուջեն և ձախողեց դրա ընդունումը։

Առաջիկայում արտահերթ նիստ պիտի գումարեն, թեև հույս չկա, որ բյուջեն կընդունի։
