Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված քաղաքացիներն, ովքեր մինչև տեղահանությունը ունեցել են կենսաթոշակի իրավունք, էլեկտրոնային հարթակում տվյալները լրացնելուց հետո կվերականգնեն իրենց թոշակը:

Այս մասին այսօր տարեկան ամփոփիչ ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարար Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը՝ ներկայացնելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվող աջակցության ծրագրերը:

«Մեզ համար կարևոր հարցերից էր նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված մեր հայրենակիցների կենսաթոշակների և նպաստների տրամադրումը, որտեղ իրականացրինք օրենքի փոփոխություն, ինչի արդյունքում կառավարությանը վերապահվեց լիազորություն, որպեսզի մենք կարողանանք այդ խնդիրը լուծել: Ըստ էության որոշվեց, որ բոլոր այն քաղաքացիները, որոնք մինչև տեղահանությունն ունեցել են կենսաթոշակի իրավունք, էլեկտրոնային հարթակում կարող են լրացնել իրենց տվյալները և դրանց մշակվելուց հետո կստանան կամ արդեն ստացել են իրենց թոշակը: Իսկ այն քաղաքացիները, որոնց կենսաթոշակի իրավունքը լրացել է Հայաստանում, նրանք սահմանված կարգով, ինչպես որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիները, պետք է մոտենան Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոններ: Այս պահին  գործում է 49 Միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության տարածքային կենտրոններ»,-ասաց Նարեկ Մկրտչյանը:

Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից տեղահանված քաղաքացիների նպաստների տրամադրման մասով նախարարը նշեց, որ 2024 թվականի հունվարի 9-ի դրությամբ արդեն իսկ 135 անձի նշանակված է երեխայի ծննդյան միանվագ նպաստ, 55 անձի՝ մայրության նպաստ և 165 անձի՝ մինչև 2 տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստ: Մկրտչյանը նշեց, որ գործընթացը դեռ ընթացքի մեջ է:

«Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված  քաղաքացիները կսկսեն ստանալ նպաստները նույն այն ժամանակահատվածում և այն նույն տրամաբանությամբ, ինչ ՀՀ նպաստառուները»,-ասաց նա:

Նախարարն ընդգծեց, որ  այժմ գտնվում են միջնաժամկետ և երկարաժամկետ ծրագրերի մշակման փուլում և միասնական սոցիալական ծառայության աշխատակիցները շարունակում են աշխատանքներ տանել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղից բռնի տեղահանված  քաղաքացիների ավելի խորքային կարիքների գնահատման ուղղությամբ:
