Ադրբեջանը չի ընդունում խաղաղության պայմանագրի միջազգային երաշխիքներն ամրագրելու՝ հայկական կողմի պահանջը. այս մասին երեկ հայտարարել է Բաքվի բռնապետ Իլհամ Ալիևը, բայց սա դեռ ամենը չէ՝ նա պահանջել է առանց ստուգումների երթուղի, ապա շեշտել՝ ոչ մի քայլ չեն շարժվի 2021 և 2022  թվականներին գրաված դիրքերից:

Ի դեպ, այս ընթացքում Հայաստանի իշխանությունների կողմից «խաղաղության» օրակարգերին հավատարմություն հայտնելու հաստատակամությունը դույզն-ինչ չի պակասել:

168.am-ի հետ զրույցում խոսելով Բաքվի բռնապետի ագրեսիայի հերթական չափաբաժնից՝ ադրբեջանագետ Գառնիկ Դավթյանն արձանագրեց, որ Ադրբեջանը, ըստ իր պատկերացումների ու քաղաքականության, Հայաստանի հետ չի էլ ցանկանում խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքել:

«Այդ հայտարարություններում ևս թաքնված են այդ մասին վկայող ակներև փաստեր, որոնք նույնիսկ կույրը կարող է տեսնել»,- նշեց նա՝ նկատելով, որ «խաղաղության պայմանագիրն առհասարակ համարում է «Նիկոլի՝ «ջարդի պայմանագիր»»:
